Loved the property. Super clean and super quiet. The manager checking us in was super awesome. Close to great restaurants and Whole Foods! Breakfast is always good at Hampton Inn. Outdoor fire pits were nice to sit by.
Only opportunity-- I wish the pool was heated.

I have stayed at this Hilton property several times and w/e-check-in you are from parking lot to room in 2 minutes. I have requested local information from staff on restaurants, shops, Ft Jackson and have always been given credible information. Hotel is clean and staff is very courteous. So 4 Stars, will stay again, and recommend this property w/ no reservation.

All of the Hilton family of hotels go the extra mile to help and accommodate guests, very few let downs ever with the exception of some in the general Atlanta area. Probably the only bad experiences I have ever had with Hilton have always occurred in the general area area of Atlanta And I'm not suggesting that the problems were always caused by Hilton. In many cases the issues seem to be directly related to the kinds of guest that area attracts..

My husband surprise me for my birthday from Texas to my birth home in Columbia. We stayed 3 days and this hotel very clean and nice friendly staff. Our room king suite bed was super comfortable and shower awesome! It has everything we needed or want! Breakfast was really good and hot! Great strong coffee too! Limited parking but good trip. Thank you for hospitality! We know where to go when we're in town!

Location is convenient if traveling to or from Charlotte. It has nice and clean rooms with a fridge and microwave. The staff there is great and very friendly.

Hotel looked to be recently renovated, the rooms were very nice for the price point. Breakfast was above average, staff was very accomodating. Was there for work, location was very convienient.

Room was comfortable and clean. Large room with plenty of working space. Rom is very quiet even though next to interstate. Bed comfortable and bathroom amenities of Neutrogena products a plus.

The rooms we have (King studio suites) are spacious and comfortable. The layout is excellent for both sleep and leisure time as well as a casual evening meal with the family using the sizable desk as a bar table while we enjoy pizza and a preseason football game. As always, the beds at the Hampton Inn are amazingly comfortable. We all slept well out first night here and are looking forward to tonight's sleep after a long day in the heat at Ft. Jackson. Overall I'm very happy we decided to stay at this location. The staff was very helpful with our specific room requirements while we made our reservations. Also they were wonderfully welcoming at our very late check in after a long day of driving.

The hotel was fine and the staff was friendly. No complaints there. But this part of town has become dangerous. (see my review on the local Wal-Mart in Columbia) There was a lot of activity in the parking lot at night. And those peeps weren't staying at the hotel. I kept an eye on my car for a good while. If you want a care free stay, dinner and shopping, do not stay in this part of town.

Clean, spacious, modern, comfortable room. Friendly, accommodating staff, coupled with impeccable facilities and common areas and a delicious breakfast - five stars all around. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to family and friends on future travels through Columbia.

My hubby and I are staying here for 2 weeks and we have loved it! They even went out of their way to open up the pool for my niece and nephew when they came to visit! Excellent cleaning, kitchen and front desk staff! We have had a perfect stay so far (after one week)!

Service was fast and courteous I had just popped in on a whim looking for a room. They got me set up right away. Room was clean great amenities. Free breakfast was well-rounded. Overall I got a great night's rest which is what I needed to get back on the road.
