It was fair overpriced. Wanted extra towels did not get them. Also checkout was 11am housekeeping was there knocking at our door at 10:15an. Had to rush to leave. Noy happy about that.

I've stayed at two other Fairfield Inn, the service was good. However at this one the customer service was very good. From the front desk to the dining, the maintenance everyone was so professional and polite. I appreciated the great service.

The inn was ultra clean, and the front desk was exceptional. My husband's back began bothering him on our drive in; as a result, he had to sleep sitting up in bed. I asked the front desk if we could have extra pillows, and Victoria was knocking at our door fifteen minutes later with three in hand. All inns need to employ someone of her genuine, sweet and helpful nature, making sure guests' needs are satisfactorily met.

Very decent & quiet environment. Neat room. Courteous staff. No much choices with breakfast. Overall experience is 98% rating.

I stayed there 9/12/17. The Inn was clean and organized and very high class. They had thought of everything for the traveler. The front desk had a wonderful employee,Jeff Coswell, who insured that everyone had a pleasant stay

After evacuating FL for hurricane Irma they gave us a nice "home" for the night with our furry loved ones. They even us a little treat for the puppies!

Great job by Mrs. Terri Washington and Great Paula.
They gave a room which is close to the elevator and the room had Jacuzzi.
Military personnel stay there mostly
I did come again and few others to mention
are
Ms.Shannon Bartholow- Outstanding, great individuals she takes and works including on a weekend. This means a lot. Other good personnel was in the Front desk - Jeff- quick, highly helpful to customers and training new folks.. wonderful.. Young, very sharp person.response / report this review -

The staff could have been more friendlier but other than that it was a great place to stay good sleep Lovely Rooms and the interior was redone, the elevator little a warm.

This Private Property is Beautiful. The carport is inviting with bright, healthy seasonal plant arrangements. The modern decor is colorful, chic and fresh.The "RELAXING WATER GARDEN" is a Beautiful Surprise. Enjoy!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. They were very accomodating of my husband's service dog. Room was large and the bed was sooo comfortable. Hot fresh breakfast just capped off a terrific stay!

Just brought my Voyager High School baseball team to Forest Acres to play in their baseball tournament. We stayed in this hotel along with numerous other high school teams. The staff was super and took care of every need that we had. The rooms were clean and well kept. The breakfast was very diversified. Hope we get invited to come back again !!!
