Very nice location. I would definitely stay there again. Nakia provided a great check in experience. She was very helpful and informative.

My a.c. was out in my room for one night but was repaired the following morning. No microwaves in the rooms for road warriors workaholics. Most of the staff were friendly and very helpful. The only one that wasn't was brand new and nervous.

Marriott-loyal customer - Had a couple small issues at this location and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate and correct issues. Front desk folks on check-in and check-out were extremely friendly, courteous and very helpful. Nice location with plenty of amenities.

Sub-par for Courtyards. 2.5 stars at best.

Front desk staff was extremely courteous and assisted with an expedient check-in. Our first room (notice I said first) had fans blowing and furniture placed in the middle of the room. When reported, the staff said they were cleaning the carpet. The hallway smelled dank and the air felt "saturated" as we walked to our second room. Upon entering we were greeted by a Palmetto bug. We only stayed because we were exhausted, needed to sleep for our safety and continue to our final destination in the wee hours.

Looks great & exceptional service but We're on the second floor and our room smells musty. So does another room in our group. But they have cocktails, wine and food on the lobby! And the staff is super nice!

Hotel is nicely decorated. The room was clean, with comfortable bed. Check in took longer than expected because only 1 person was at the desk. Otherwise the process of checking in and out was quick and easy.
Hotel was quiet eventhough it's very close to a hospital.

Recnelty remodeled and it looks great. High quality bar with reasonable prices (for a hotel). Very close to the highway. Highly recommend.

Stay away! Cost of stay not worth it, especially when other options with better additional services are nearby. Example includes that I could not even get a complimentary cup of coffee in the lobby. Very disappointed and Mrs Cole at the front desks answer was very weak. They do not care about customer service. I will definitely look to stay away from this chain and advise others to look at other better options

The conference room was tidy. I love the fact that the manager keep checking in on us to see if we needed anything. He didn't wait til we came to him. The housekeeping in the restrooms could've been better but it was okay.

Staff is friendly and main area is nice. Can't tell if the rooms were renovated, but TVs are small. It's near a hospital so may hear sirens at night sometimes. Overall not bad though.

Courtyard by Marriot at this location has changed significantly over the past 3 years.. I've been to this location and the Residence Inn across Farrow Rd multiple times over the past 3 years for work.
This location used to have a breakfast buffet. The lobby and lounge area has been TRANSFORMED into a very trendy and social spot. the furniture and decor is very modern. The TV in the main sitting area has gotten smaller. HOWEVER, the lounge area had a 'bar' that serves a nice selection of freshly prepared dishes from starters to 'elevated' sports bar fare. They also serve non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks including wine. They also serve 'Starbucks' licensed beverages. Prices are fair compared to the quality of food and beverages offered.
There is also a 'market' area that has s selection of dry/canned items, fridge for cold beverages and freezer for frozen items.. The only microwave available to guests is in the Market area.
Rooms are the standard size rooms with the standard features: Small size room fridge, NO microwave in room, wall mount AC and heat.

So, if you don't need a kitchenette area with microwave, stove, large size refrigerator, larger room and dishwasher, go here, otherwise the Residence Inn is across the street
