Let me give you the good first.. the staff? Wonderful! The restaurant? Delicious! It's very clean and overall a cozy place. I have 2 complaints though. First, and this is little but 1 ply, cheap toilet paper. I mean, for the stars and the price we shouldn't be using the equivalent of sand paper on our bottoms! The major issue I had were the beds. They are EXTREMELY firm. If you like that sort of thing, great, but to me it was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. My body hurt all over. In the end, I only stayed one night and moved to a different hotel for thay reason.

We loved the hotels staff but not the WIFI issue. We could log in our laptop's but our phones were use less. We are Realtor's & our texts are vital. The front desk had to download both phones with an app, but then the next day same problem. Which she said happens frequently
We travel frequently & no other hotel we visit has this issue. I'm honestly surprised to have this at a Hiltonresponse / report this review -

Rooms could have been a lot cleaner. Stray hairs all over the bathroom, Closet door off the hinges, Refrigerator didnt work, heat was set on 76 upon entering the room. Hotel staff was friendly but need to pay more attention to details especially since their rate is higher than surrounding hotels

The staff was nice and polite. The double queen room we had was just ok. If the staff did not do an exceptional job this rating would have been a solid 3 stars. The breakfast here is great and fresh. Good little workout room and small indoor pool was good to use as well.

You got one star because I had to give one to write a review. The Internet signal in this hotel SUCKS. I could not check email or get on the internet after 6:00 PM. I called the front desk and was told "Yes, we have had complaints about the internet from other guests in the past." When I asked if I could change rooms, I was told, "Actually, the signal is the same all over the building". To top that off, the last 2 nights of my stay, the TV in my room didn't work. The only bright shining star was the morning server, Denise and the nigh time bartender, Leah. They were friendly, courteous and professional. I can honestly say that I will never, ever stay here again.

The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The rooms have a lament floor that I have not seen in another hotel. Very nice and clean. Highly recommended!

Clean room and sheets. Very comfortable atmosphere
Just as expected from Hilton. Sergio was exceptional in his help. The breakfast was hot and nice including eggs your, sausage and fruits ( waffles too). Had a great time here

Clean facility. We arrived late evening, requested a crib for the room. Crib was dropped off, missing a piece, no sheets. Service could have been a bit more accurate and friendly.

Very clean room. Nice restaurant with a great breakfast. Close to the mall and lots of restaurants. Staff was very friendly. Will definitely return here.
