The staff is really nice. They are doing renovations so there is dust everywhere and it’s noisy. If you are a light sleeper do not stay here. You can hear people talking through their doors. It sounded like the people across from us were in our room. Great selection at the breakfast bar.

When I saw the Reception desk and hallway areas were under heavy construction as of December 2017 I almost canceled my stay at the hotel but upon getting to my Room I saw a freshly renovated suite That looked brand new and did not have a harsh smell of paint. If you're looking for a nice comfy Room with not much else and don't mind the construction throughout the rest of the hotel I would recommend this place for you. The breakfast was very basic waffles, Yogurt, cereal, and bagels are.

Was ok really nice staff. Good breakfast and had a balcony but with no chairs on it and the beds were hard. I probably will choose a different hotel next time

Don't let the neighborhood fool you. They are in the process of upgrading but the rooms were very very nice. Give it time Or go stay somewhere else for twice the price. But don't complain about it

Simply put, the Stadium Inn sucks! The pictures on Expedia's site were not representative of the trash that was the Stadium Inn and its surroundings. The area was very dark and felt unsafe. The room was way below sub average. The bedding had blood stains and didn't smell clean. I slept in my clothes! The only okay things were the check in people at the front desk and the water pressure. Worst hotel experience in my life! And a complete waste of money. Only time I have ever checked out early! Thanks!

I have literally never stayed in a hotel where all the staff is so friendly. Southern hospitality at it's best. The hotel even had a Halloween photo booth set up for guests.

Staff was nice and friendly. The hotel is under renovation so still has places in shambles. Beds we're nice, but the shower not so much. Pool had missing tiles but kids enjoyed it. Nice outdoor area.

Absolutely not the same place we booked online. All photos online are photoshopped. This place was absolutely the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. We stayed in a half renovated room that had no lighting and felt like we were staying in a dungeon. The "blinds" in the room were made of paper! We couldn't even use the balcony because parts of the roof were falling down and there was a massive wasp nest with wasps diving at us. The pool, let's talk about that. It had missing tiles and most of the seating was worn out and not usable. The hallway walking to our room was torn all apart and had a sticky note telling us where our room was. It felt like we were in the movie the Shining. Also, the hotel is not in the best of areas, but is close to downtown. The only nice thing I can say about the hotel is the employees and the lobby. Everything else was an absolute dump.

Place seems dated in some areas but there are renovations going on to fix that. Our room had fresh look compared to the most of the hotel. The bathroom was nice with laminate wood floor look. The shower though, something has to be changed with that. Only a curtain and vinyl like strip on the floor that's intended to stop water from going outside the shower floorit did not! Whenever I took a shower water would travel around to the toilet and some splash out the sink.
    Friendly and accommodating staff though.

Room was adequate and clean. Relatively close to downtown. Hotel needs some maintenance but they said they were in the process of upgrades. Good hot breakfast!

I loved the location for our vacation itinerary. They are doing renovations on the 5th floor. But it didn't affect us any and who actually stays around the hotel on vacation? The rooms were decent and cleaned daily so I was happy with our stay.

Very good location. Everything we wanted to visit was within ten minutes. Room was clean and comfortable. Kids enjoyed playing in the pool. Work out room isn't bad either; has a few free weights and some cardio equipment. Very satisfied with what we got for what we paid.

The location was convenient. It was on par for the pricing. It's obvious that it's an older facility that's trying to renovate to be more modern but falling under the bar. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean but beds were poorly made and not enough towels to accommodate a room sleeping four. Breakfast options were better than expected. We got what we paid for.
