While the room itself was acceptable, the neighborhood was very loud and the “activities” in the rooms surrounding ours made our stay quite uncomfortable.

There were at least two situations that we were privy to {the doors do not seal well and the walls are very thin} that were most definitely situations of men bringing prostitutes into their rooms. Yes, it was obvious by the laughter, conversation and subsequent sounds we could hear from the adjoining rooms.

If you want an X rated hotel stay, this is the place for you, if you want a family friendly hotel, keep looking.

This is a great place to stay in Chattanooga. It's definately not a five star hotel, but location for the price is unbeatable. You're only a free bus ride from several fantastic restruants and attractions downtown Staff is always helpful. Outdoor pool. Restruant on site. Smoking rooms avaliable.

This hotel is not what I expected and pictures do NOT look like the hotel. I would NOT recommend this to anyone. I did not feel safe walking from my car to the room, I could not get a late check-out for my daughter to shower after her marathon run, the hotel was NOT clean, and I they did not offer any kind of breakfast because it would "compete with the restaurant next door". Really?? For the amount I paid, I am highly disappointed and will not be back.

This place is a joke. After booking a 3 night stay and driving 3.5 hours to arrive at 11:00pm at night we where told we could not stay because they do not take cash anymore. Who doesn't take cold hard green cash? Would have been nice to know ahead of time. After staying here every year for many years they have now lost my business. Not everyone uses credit/debit cards. The only reason they will not take cash and only credit/debit cards is so they have the freedom of charging you whatever they want after check out. Really appreciate you all ruining our Anniversary weekend!

It's a basic cheap hotel. The bed was decently comfortable, the room was decently clean. The location is very central to bars and restaurants, and the price is reasonable for what it is. The 24 hour diner is maybe the best part. Just don't get the gravy biscuits. Otherwise, no complaints. It get what you pay for. No frills.

Pretty good place to stay, nothing fancy. Rooms are spacious and clean, nice big bathroom. Pool isn't filled yet and due to construction the parking lot is cramped but maneuverable, even with a minivan.

We loved it here! The look from the outside is not the greatest but everything was awesome! Beds were comfy, room was clean, food at the 24/7 diner is amazing! Will stay here again!

In town for a conference at the convention center and hotel was walking distance away (2 blocks). Convenient location and decent 24 hr diner attached. The parking was pretty bad - not sufficient for the amount of rooms they have. The outside is also kinda dirty. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean rooms. Great central location. Helpful, kind staff.
    City Cafe attached is great.
Only complaint is thin walls. We could here cleaning staff walking and talking outside our room early in the morning.

I visited my friend this past Saturday night and he stayed in this hotel. I happen to leave a pair of pants in the drawers in one of the rooms. A couple hours later I noticed I left them and called the hotel. Well, I was told the cleaning manager wasn't there so I would have to call back tomorrow. I said, "can you not check the room or ask the guests that's in there now if there a pair of pants"? I was advised they can't do that but the cleaning crew checks everything and should have them in lost and found. I advised them to simply go check now. They advised they can't for whatever reason. So, the next morning I had to call again, I was advised they would call me but I heard nothing by noon. They "didn't know" at that time either but they would get with their "cleaning supervisor" to check, I was previously told they would do. Well, just called for the 3rd time in 2 days and low and behold, they checked but couldn't find them. I asked why they hadn't called me to advise. The customer service manager told me he had been slammed today haha. So, I told him there are 2 options at this point. The cleaning lady stole them or the draws weren't checked and they are still in there. I advised him to go please check now. He said he would watch the video footage but it will be several days before he can get back with me. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. It should have been simple to see if they were there but this hotel screwed around, didn't follow up, and most likely let someone walk out with my pants. I understand I should have been more careful checking the draws but this is a joke. I was never stay at a Days Inn again and especially not this pathetic excuse for one in Chattanooga.
