Clean, comfortable room and location to boot. Front desk staff was flawless. 4 stars. Always room to improve somewhere. Breakfast was typical motel continental style.

Room smelled. Broken furniture. Floor on 3rd vibrated. Very odd sensation. Ac not working properly and when it did come on it was loud. Hair dryer in room started on fire Lowly maintained place. Very disappointed in a Wyndham

I would rate this just ok. We got a great price and it's a great location but hotel appears to be going through updates. First room had a piece of metal sticking out under the bed, the bathroom lights did not work. I went to call the front desk and the phone was broken and missing pieces. We were given another room, which had a horror movie flickering light. maintenance came and we were told the lights were on order. The staff was very nice apologized several times and offered us another room. We declined because other than the crazy light (which we turn off) the room was clean and comfortable. All in all for the price for a 2 night stay I would stay here again.

Beside almost everything looks old or cheap the bed is nice and freezer works amazing. Bad side everyone can hear each other in rooms haha i can hear people from other rooms easily. Front desk i had a amazing experience they are very nice and helpful. Its a good place if you had to stay a couple nights but nothing more then 2-3 days

Adorable room! Had a microwave. If only it had a fridge it would have been perfect. I'm sure some of the rooms do. Was a little hard for me to get to. But I'm directionally challenged! Had a central elevator that you go up to get to the rooms. I really liked that.

They have remodeled or are in the process of remodelingthe new floors and carpets are great, but the 3rd floor still needs some work. The smoking rooms are still a little funky. The elevator took forever to come back to the 3rd floor. Other than that everything was pretty good.

Rooms are nice. Love the mirrors. Breakfast is good. $250 cash deposit required or hold a credit/debit card. Be papared to present card or cash deposit if room is purchased through third partyI got pissed at management because of that dilemma on this last stay

Awful customer service. I don't usually post reviews but after practically being called a liar by the "front desk manager" I feel the need to. We ended up leaving and going to a much nicer hotel in the area. This hotel is rated so low not only for it's quality but for the lack of respect for their guests. If only I could score lower!

Edited to say that room wasn't even available to us upon check in and when we decided to leave, mind you we never set foot in a room, we were still charged!

    Dispicable people!

It wasn't the best that we stayed in. We had our a.c. was leaking and the carpet was soaking wet. We stayed but they did change are from room. The staff was so polite and friendly that it helped our situation not be a bad one. Breakfast was good, nothing out of the ordinary, but again the staff for breakfast was very attentive on making sure everything was running smoothly.

ROACHES crawling on the walls!!! Lobby smells like scented roach spray. I didn't recognize the smell until I turned on the light in the middle of the night and saw roaches crawling on the wall near my bed. Lobby carpeting and hallway carpeting is stained beyond belief. Left this place at 11pm after riding all day in the rain. I suspect there is/was an infestation here. Lots of renovations going on, combined with the roach spray smell leads me to believe this place has a significant problem and should close its doors until they fix it. I wouldn't bring my kids here, I would hate to have a roach crawl into their ears or something.

You actually get what you pay for so I guess I shouldn't complain. The room itself is not bad - not huge but big enough with modern decoration. The bed (s) are tall and a bit firm, but some people like that. The TV could use some adjustments in color. Everything seems clean.

The towels are extremely thin and there are only 2. There are no washcloths. The light fixture in the shower hangs from the ceiling in a rather frightening way. No ice bucket in the room and the young lady at the front desk was not happy about having to get one. The third floor is under construction and getting ice was a bit of a challenge.

They had no reservation for us when we arrived, even though we had spoken to them yesterday. Our quiet room on the first floor turned into a second floor room surrounded by either a cheerleading squad or girls softball team. The didn't have a curfew.

Would we stay here again? That answer relies in part on what the manager says tomorrow. Lights can be fixed, wash cloths and a glass can be provided. A few little perks and it could be a nice place for the price.
