Attended a lunch at the Broad Street Grille. It was set up as a buffet which is always challenging to keep food hot. They did a good job and the food had good flavor. The buffet was BBQ themed that day so choices were limited, but the menu posted online made me already aware of the choices. Food was tasty. I would go back.

Fantastic hotel! We stayed in a deluxe king room which gives you a very nice view of the mountains. We checked in late so we couldn’t see anything but in the morning the view we got was the city. So I went to the front desk to inquire about the view and the lady was so nice and changed our room immediately and we got the view we hoped for! All the staff including housekeeping were so friendly. We also had an amazing experience at the spa and enjoyed drinks at the foundry. Hotel is in a great location as well to downtown and lookout mountain

my wife and I went for lunch at the restaurant. It was pretty good. it was not the best but for 12 bucks it was pretty good and that included drink. our server, April, got a little busy but made sure that other service took care of us what she did with the credit card issue from another table I would not mind going back my wife really enjoyed the ambience of the place. Very businesslike.

The hotel was beautiful and in a wonderful location! A lot of the things I wanted to do were within walking distance of the hotel. The lobby was gorgeous and beautifully decorated for Christmas. My favorite part was the excellent customer service. From check in to check out, all the entering and exiting, and any staff we just passed, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. In my opinion, customer service can make or break a hotel. This one was definitely made by their excellent customer service!!!

Nice hotel in the middle of downtown. Many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Friendly staff greeted us at check-in and assisted in finding a place to dine. The night we stayed, they were hosting a Marine Corps ball, so the outside parking was pretty crowded, however, there was plenty of parking in their parking garage. Would be better if they included the price of parking when you reserved and paid for your room instead of at check-out. Otherwise, really nice stay here.

The first room we stayed in wasn't clean properly, but the staff was very quick to change the room for us. Everything else has been great. Custom service is 5 stars! Food is great.

We didn’t stay here but I booked a couples massage for me and my husband to celebrate our anniversary. I was expecting a nice spa experience but that is not at all what we received. The ”spa” is just a run down hotel gym with massages available. The “relaxation lounge” where you wait to be taken to your room is a hallway with a crappy bench to sit on. THEN they parade you down the hall, OUT of the “spa” gym to a converted guest room for your couples massage. Then of course you have to return to he “spa” gym the same way! The therapist did a good job but I couldn’t enjoy it for being SO disappointed with everything else! I did NOT get my $350 worth for sure!!!👎🏻👎🏻

We came here after a bad experience St a neighboring hotel We should have just started here! The staff were wonderful, facility is beautiful, food on site, live music in the bar and valet parking made this a fantastic choice.

Room is large and spacious. Quiet doors and elevators. Water pressure and massaging shower head were perfect. Room was clean, cared for and cozy. We will absolutely return!

My workplace had an event at the Chattanooga in one of there ballrooms. It was my first time being there and I was very impressed. The food that they served was absolutely divine, some of the best collard greens and fried green tomatoes I have ever had. The ballroom was very spacious and set far away from other event spaces in the Chattanoogan. I would not be disappointed if we decide to hold another work event there.

We attended an event at The Chattanoogan. Upon arrival, we utilized valet parking. Even though the young people couldn't find our event, they were courteous and quick in taking care of us. Upon entry, the hotel is immense and beautiful. Our event was held in The Roberts room. The staff was professional yet friendly. Our food choices were well labeled and tasted wonderful. With that said, I feel there were not enough tables with chairs. Again, the staff was professional and brought out chairs as requested. In addition, the turn around time for the different dishes was too long. All of the food trays stayed empty too long before being replenished. It was very good though. The front desk staff as we were leaving, was knowledgeable and proffessional. Overall, we enjoyed our visit to The Chattanoogan.

We've stayed here twice now and had great experiences both times. The staff are all super friendly and helpful, the hotel is nice, and it is just a short walk to some good restaurants. There's also a couple nearby stops of the free shuttle that can take you as far down as the aquarium. Definitely recommend this place, and if you have little kids I highly recommend the mountain view suite. The extra room to spread out is a life (and sanity) saver

We stayed on a Saturday night. The hall outside our room was noisy. A dehumidifier was outside of a room a few doors down but I could not hear it from inside my room. Other guests where noisy outside our room around 10pm and I could hear them inside my room. The room was nice and clean. They were out of cribs but they did provide a pack and play for our baby. Our 4 year old enjoyed the fire pit. There was evening entertainment at the restaurant and room service good was good. It took around an hour for room service to get the food to our room. There is a garage for parking that is accessible using the room key. The hotel is nice overall and I would consider going back if I'm in Chattanooga again.

The grounds and lobby area were immaculate, and aesthetically pleasing. The room- not so much. It was dusty and there were hairs left behind, making it seem like the room hadn't been properly cleaned. On a positive note, the bath towels were very large, which is nice! The bed was reasonably comfortable. The staff at the Chattanoogan were all very nice and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The Chattanooga is a lovely hotel with comfortable rooms. The large lobby boasts rocking chairs and a nice fireplace. The elevators add a level of security by requiring a room key for use, which is very nice since many events are held at the Chattanooga. The rooms are well-appointed and of good size. The bed linens rustled and we're a bit loud with movement but we're smooth and soft. I would have rated higher had it not been for unexplained tapping sounds that persisted from around 10 pm until 415 am and loud door closing down the hall (not from being slammed but the latching mechanism) that disrupted our sleep. The staff was very helpful and eager to assist.
