We stayed here twice on our way from Chicago to Florida and back. The rooms are clean and lovely. The breakfast has waffles, yogurt, cereal, fruit and good muffins and coffee with real cream. Never any extra charge if you are traveling with multiple pets. Parrots welcomed too :)

I booked a room to have a quiet night to myself away from home for the night. Front desk person was very polite, down to earth and cordial. I stayed in 144, on the first level. The room was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean and seemed to be new. Flat screen TV. USB charging ports built into the alarm clock and on the computer desk. For some reason, there was no refrigerator or microwave in my room, but I didn't need one considering I went for dinner at one of the many restaurants located nearby. About 30 minutes after checking in, a friendly woman from the front desk rang my in-room telephone to make sure that I found everything acceptable and if I needed anything. A lot of nicer hotels haven't done this. I checked out around 7:00am the next morning and noticed that there was a continental breakfast consisting of juice, cereals, pastries, etc. For $70 with taxes included, combined with the easy access to Interstate 75 and the plethora of shopping and restaurants in close proximity, it was a decent deal and a comfortable stay.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was tasty. Our room was clean and spacious and it was great that they accept pets because we had our little guy with.

My girlfriend and I stayed here on the way to Miami and on the way home from there and although cheap, it was very nice and clean. The staff is so friendly and amazing. We forgot a blanket in the room and the staff was nice enough to retrieve it and mail it to us! If we ever get the chance to stay here again we definitely will.

I came to this hotel for a work trip and I generally always stay at a La Quinta since my poodles are always welcomed. First David at the front desk was a doll, he was soooo nice and really brightened my day. I appreciate your team being super awesome!!!!

Service was great. Front desk staff was very courteous. The location was convenient, minutes away from the airport. The rooms were nice but smelled a but musty when I first opened the door.

Seemed like an older hotel, but had pretty new bedding, and it was clean. Location was very convenient t to the interstate. Staff was polite and efficient. Had two bus loads of people pull in, so was a bit noisy, but otherwise we were happy with our stay.

If cigarette smoke makes you physically sick, then beware. The photos make it look clean and cheerful, but our first room reeked of cigarettes, made worse by the people below us smoking outside their room. Our second room was just as bad, but they were sold out so we had little choice. The carpet was dirty and stained, the bathroom was grimy and the ceiling was sagging. The cigarette smell made both my friend and me sickwe woke with headaches, sore throats and stuffed up noses. All the Fabreeze in the world can fix it! On the plus sidethe pillows were good and the staff was friendly and as helpful as the could be, but not super professional. I guess you get what you pay for.

Well, I stayed at this La Quinta 2-3 years ago and liked it, so I went back. But this visit the hotel was gross! The floor had so many stains on it that I didn't want to take my shoes off, and the sheets did not look or feel clean, not to mention they itched. The breakfast was okay, not bad for free. If you're looking for a one night stay on the road this will work, but I would not recommend staying here for any length of time. This area of Chattanooga has really gone down hill. Also, the Red Roof across the street you can also check off your list of places to stay. We affectionately call it the Red Stain. Hookers outside and hourly rentals. Happy travels.

Comfort and clean is the main thing. The best place to stay in my opinion. Free breakfast is good. The pool is a good size pool. I will make sure to be back.

My first issue was when I checked in The girl didn't even have the decency to stand up. She sat down the entire time she was checking me in. The rooms were decent for an old hotel. There were some torn spots in the carpet, black stuff (not sure what it was) in the shower. The beds were comfortable and seemed clean. It's good for an overnight stay. I definitely wouldnt stay more than one night.

Horrible experience. Noise all night outside and the room was a joke. Took 10 minutes for someone to show up to check-in. Then no answer at the desk to complain about the noise.

Dirty room. Beds were clean, but there were no towels, soap, toilet paper, tissues, the sink had old coffee and toothpaste in it, the tub looked like someone had dumped a mop in it, and the carpet was covered in bits of paper and fluff. Looks like someone made the beds and forgot about the room. Everything was covered in a layer of dust. It's a good thing I was there to sleep for a few hours and nothing more. Gets a star because the service at the desk was good.

The price was very reasonable and the room was very comfortable. Nice and efficient front desk clerk. But most importantly, I lost a very significant piece of jewelryI left it on the desk in the roomand the housekeeping department found it and shipped it to me. Honesty rules. God bless you La Quinta Hamilton PlaceI would have been devastated to lose this precious necklace.
