Beautiful and immaculate room. The hot breakfast every morning is a huge plus, and it was delicious. This will be our go to hotel when we come back to Atlanta.

Pretty nice. Got a room that was recently upgraded. Nice materials. Breakfast bar area is small and not always kept neat. Area is quiet so I keep coming back.

The room was very nice. The last at the front desk was very helpful and couldn't help but notice her expertly help difficult customers. Walking distance from the hotel was a bomb Korean bar which has game changing fried chicken.

Workers were nice. One of them speaks Spanish (not that I needed someone who does but it's always nice to speak your own language). Nice and clean smoke-free room. Remote needed batteries, we called the front desk and they provided a new remote, they took a while to do so although. Hot breakfast was included, buffet, several items to pick from. Pool was too cold. Nice gym. Free Wi-Fi and 2 desktops availables for guests. An employee was rude to me when I asked him to please explain all the charges in my receipt, since they charged a deposit I wasn't aware of. A couple of days later, they charged us for a movie we didn't order and some candies we didn't have, but I call them next day and they took away the charges.

When I made my reservation the Hilton call center employee asked the purpose of my travel and I explained that I was being evacuated due to Hurricane Irma. She quoted a price of $204 for my room. It was not until after I arrived on property that I learned that the cost of my room is typically $129 and it never exceeds $169. Was this an example of price gouging during a natural disaster?
As a Hilton Honors member I often stay at a Hilton propertywill hesitate in the future. It is now 9:10 PM and I have asked for housekeeping (directly 1x and with a call to the front desk 2x) to service my room 3xs. And each time I was told that they would be coming soon. I am still waiting and have given up. The trash in the hallway was overflowing until well past 6:00 PM when I left the hotel for dinner.
While traveling I need to keep medicine cold and asked to have a bag that keeps things cold placed in the freezer and was told it would be. It wasn't. When I learned the next day that it wasn't, I again asked for it to be placed in the freezer. And again it wasn't.
    This is beyond disappointing.

My family stayed here for the fourth of July this year. Our double suite with balcony was really nice. The breakfast was great! Miss Diane did a swell job making sure I had everything I needed, she kept the breakfast lounge very clean. Check out is at 12pm which is a plus !

Nice hotel, slow elevator. Roomy 2 room suite with a very comfortable bed and good sized balcony. Bathroom light fixture hit the door, which was weird. Toilets flush like cannons. Great breakfast with super staff at both front desk and breakfast area.

My husband and I recently traveled to Duluth to visit the RR museum. We booked a room at the Hampton Inn which is very close to the museum. This is a very clean, relaxing, pretty place for a get-away week-end. The staff was very friendly, especially the man who greeted us with cold water many times. It was thoughtful and appreciated.our room was immaculate, roomy and modern. large bathroom and the most comfortable king size bedThe entire staff was helpful and most friendlyThere were many places to sit and relax with the evening paper, or just sit outside enjoying the cool weather and pretty landscapingBreakfast was enjoyable, with helpful, friendly ladies keeping everything stocked and tidy. Loved our stay and would highly recommend

5 Star experience!! I have been traveling with the soccer Club for 10 years and I must say this past weekend was the first time I have experienced such phenomenal hospitality we received from Anthony Crosby. Prior to our arrival, he took the time to assure our teams were accommodated and went out of his way to get me a house menu from your local restaurant along with complimentary starters for our team. His attention and caring speaks volumes. Very efficient, professional and friendly.
I know things can get a bit hectic when dealing with 5 teams of 15+ players per team. I must say he handled it very well and made sure we were all accommodated. Up to our last day there he baked cookies for the team before departing. I cannot thank him enough for his wonderful hospitality. I would without a doubt recommend your hotel to my friends and family just because of him. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and centrally located.
Your staff is excellent especially Anthony. Thank you kindly,
