Me and my family stay there for 2 days had a great time, until I left to go home to Florida. I found out I was charge an extra $200 for smoking in the room! I'm not a smoker, but my cousin is, we never smoked in the room! We tried to call corporate, who never helped the situation. Each time I was told we're investigating but no one never responded back. Than finally after a week later. I call only to be told they was is not refunding your money. I never got my money back, pretty much they just took my money and accuse me and my cousin doing something we never did! Don't trust this company!

Staff at this hotel provide phenomenal services in every area from checking in to the check out process
However, one young lady stood out with the pleasant manner inwhich she served my family breakfast. Ms. Leshia Cook displayed excellence in the way she catered to us. We watched as she checked on others and provided the same courteous service to them. We will always stay at this property when visiting the area.

Room was decent comfortable but there was a lot of wasted space in the room. We had a light dinner and drinks in the bar area, and the bartender Valencia was outstanding!! Her service and friendliness was the highlight of the stay. Thank you!

I'm here fairly often and I always enjoy myself. The staff is always very nice. The only reason I don't give five stars is the very strange layout of the hotel. It's kind of a campus.and the only microwave is in the main building. Weird.

We've stayed at many Hilton Garden Inns with great rooms. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience we've had at a Hilton garden inn. We arrived at 3:30 am after a 15 hour drive from Florida. Our room smelled very strongly of smoke. Our 1-bedroom suite was just one room. It did not have a separate bedroom. It was absurdly dark. There were 2 little lights in the "living area" which were just enough so you didn't bump into the furniture. They moved us to a another room for the rest of our stay. That room at least didn't smell. They did comp our first night, so that's why it's 2 stars and not 1. I can't recommend this hotel.

Beyond Great service! Food is delicious. Homemade desserts and great hospitality. Taco Tuesday & pasta Wednesday dinners are excellent. Fresh ingredients and humble staff. They care about you & put pride in the food they serve. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were roomy. We stayed with three of us and it's like we had two rooms in one. I would stay again when I'm the area.

Great staff, newly renovated rooms. Room was very clean with no obvious signs of previous guest. The overall property is kept in very good condition with the exception of the elevators (broken/loose tiles). An awesome feature of the room is the blackout shade on the window. It's great for sleeping in the daytime or sleeping late in the mornings. Didn't get a chance to try room service or the bar/restaurant this trip but was always greeted by the restaurant staff while in the lobby. The only issue I had with this trip was a queen sheet top used on a king bed (the sheet was turned sideways to fit the width but didn't fit the length of the bed).

Its only a two because the beds weren't terible. Parking is not free and this was not advertised on my travel agencies website. The entry fountain is a frog pond.

The staff are not that friendly. Also the breakfast is more expensive than the other 15 garden inns I've stayed in the last couple months.

Dated, bad costumer service, one way in and one way out.

Parking lot is too secure and annoying.

Hilton please do something about this property. It puts a very bad name on your beautiful image.

Really like this place. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast was really good! Loved the eggs to order. Pool and hot tub were nice. And the rest of the hotel looks really nice. The staff are pretty good too.

Very disappointed with my visit here. I was traveling from Montgomery to fly out of ATL and it only made sense to get a hotel nearby. Once I arrived, I was told they were overbooked and had renovations happening. I completely understood. They offered to put me up in the hotel nearby (the Holiday Day Inn) and I was fine with that. They even offered me a drink on the house, which was probably the highlight of my night.

After waiting about 15 minutes, I was told they couldn't put me up at the Holiday Inn. I had to put up at the Hampton, which was 15 minutes from their location and further from the airport. I was frustrated, but they gave me a voucher which would suffice as paymentmind you, I had already prepaid online. When I arrived at the Hampton, they told me they didn't use the voucher anymoreanother 15 minutes I waited in the lobby. The rep was very sweet and apologized and even offered to give me the same rate I paid. I was ok with that, as long as my initial payment from the Hilton was refunded. The Hilton did not want to refund my money. The manager at the Hilton location told me to come back and they would have a room available for me. Really?! Another 15 minutes driving back. When I got there, they did pay for my parking, which was $8 and offered to provide free breakfast, but I had 0600am flight and at that point was not interested in their breakfast.

Very disappointed with Hilton seeing as I am an HHonors member and a member of the Armed Forces, so I vacation at the Hilton frequently. The situation could have been handled better than it was. I will continue to stay at select Hilton locations, but this will definitely not be one of them.

This is a decent hotel, it's seen better days and is getting to the point where it's ready for some updating.
The location is great by the airport, don't venture out on the backside of property as the neighborhood gets pretty sketchy.
The staff is pretty decent their friendly though I wouldn't say super professional, very pleasant and casual. They were helpful and made sure I had what I needed.
Breakfast is at an additional cost. Parking is secured and looked to be included (I am a Honors member). Internet speed was decent but not great.

Consistency is the reason to choose Hilton properties. In a mixed bag of interstate hotels, Hilton properties continue to allow a good night's rest due to clean and comfortable accommodations.

The hotel is very nice. They have a wonderful breakfast to order as well as many other items to choose from. The only one negative thing that I could say is I feel the mattress so worn out. All in all I always enjoy my stay there. The staff is very friendly. Each room has a microwave and a refrigerator in it and the rooms are rather large.

The room was decent and large size. Had to pay $8 to park there. The extra blanet we requested was extremely ratty and had an awful texture. Breakfast was mentioned at check in but we were not told that it is $13 per person. We were also told the airport shuttle comes every 15 minutes but it only comes on the hour and half hour. The hotel is nice. There were a lot of things we were not made aware of when looking at it online, or booking, or at check in. The room did have a nice sized bathroom, large mini fridge, microwave. Plenty of storage if you are staying longer than one night. When we requested a pack and play it was brought to us fully assembled and with bedding which was really nice.
