Its a hotel seems for some who are displaced & living here. Also, hot drug action. Seen transaction in the elevator with girl paying a guy. I got out quick.

Very clean place, Friendly staff and great prices! Beautiful lobby, and even has an indoor and outdoor pool. Thanks for the wonderful place to stay! Just make sure you AlWAYS get a receipt!!!

This place may appear to be nice, but the farther away you get from the entrance the worse it'll get. The halls are dirty and gloomy, the furniture they have displayed is literally rotting away and has marks from food and oil. The room smells horrible, there was food and blood in the bathroom, it was disgusting. I had booked with expedia and had a late check out of 12:00, and had discussed this with the "manager" but after that they were bothering me, calling me, knocking on my door multiple times before it was even 11. We were told breakfast was from 8-9, and once that time came there was no food anywhere to be found and they said they already put it away. Also the pool seemed to have been out of order for weeks. Don't go there! The building has potential, someone needs to buy this property and RENOVATE!

Their rooms were great, minus the fact the microwave is down the hall. But over all the girl at the desk was really nice, and they offer a free complimentary breakfast every morning which is also delicious A+ for my birthday weekend. THANK YOU!

I'm no hotel snob by any means, but this was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Sheets are clean, but don't look at the mattress! The room smells like it was smoked in the first half of its life. I've lived in previously smoked in apartments and you don't forget that nasty carpet smell. All my clothes stink bad now. Building still has the original 20+ year old carpet throughout, tear it out and replace and it will go a long ways.

Not the worst place. Not the best either. Elevator would not stop on our floor when taking it down, and the other elevator appeared to be broken. Multiple water stains from leaks on the walls. Top floor hallways were super hot during the day. Service was perfectly fine. Room itself was perfectly fine if solidly out of the 80's. Bed was pretty damn comfortable and seemed clean (checked for evidence of bed bugs etc) I would stay there again when on a budget. I wouldn't really try and stay a long time there, though.

AWFUL DO NOT USE
I checked in around mid March with my wife and my child then went out to have fun with my family. Once I returned and finally went to the room the lights didn't work and the bed was dirty. My wife did not like the vibe we received considering there were clearly crack heard staying there. So I went down and requested a refund so I can go to another hotel. I was told that since it wasn't 20 minutes after reservation I could not cancel even though they knew I never checked the room. I asked to speak with the manager who I was told was unavailable. I asked for his phone number and I was given a fake phone number. They offered to upgrade me to a handicap room and I declined after some white guy cane up to me and asked me if I had any weed. I took my family and left and called tickets at work (who I got the hotel through) and asked them to contact the hotel for a refund. It's been about a month and I still haven't gotten my refund and the Customer service agent at tickets at work said the hotel manager is not responded. Just and awful experience I wouldn't want my worst enemy to stay there.response / report this review -

AWFUL.
Went for work. Would be back late.
After informing front desk (2x) about my room smelling moldy & the floor being wet from a leak, They told me they will move rooms or see what they could do.
I leave for work.
Only to come back to everything being SOAKED that i had brung with me & sat far away from the leak, which moved out father.
(Bad enough if you stepped in the area water accumilated around your shoe)
So once i got back from work at 9pm i had no clothes to put on since everything wet.
I then checked out.
- i asked about a refund. Which they told me ''i had to have checked out by 11am''
with me staying TWO nights, if i 'checked out' at 11am, i wouldnt have stayed at all? It was an issue with the hotel. The time i was there shouldnt determine help on THEIR issue.
No help or recognition trying to resolve the issue from ANYONE .
Would NOT stay here. Again. At all.

I have had the worst experience ever with this hotel which is sad to say. I came back to my room wanting to have a cheerful night with my husband and when I opened my room door I was greeted by a note in the roomwhich might I add the note was from MARIE GABRIELLA a HOUSEKEEPER NOT MANAGEMENT. THIS WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL OF HER. I have stayed here off and on for months now and I have never had an experience like this before.
The note is as follows:
My name is MARIE GABRIELLA you said know housekeeping your room.
Why you said that?
I know and you know your room was cleaning Monday.
STOP DON'T DO THAT.
HOUSEKEEPEING IS NOT SUPPOSED TO LEAVE ANYTHING LIKE THAT FOR THE GUEST
I still would like TO SPEAK TO CORPORATE OFFICE tho so hopefully someone contacts me regarding this review but. I spoke to the front desk person who was pretty pleasant.response / report this review -

Completely outdated. Ice maker didn't work. Room was ok but carpet was buckling and damage to walls that had never been repaired. Windows were disgusting--- throughout the hotel. All doors and walls and doors throughout the hotel were damaged and worn. Floor was dirty. Tons of paper signs directing people to do things- and not do things. The signs were taped to the wall and many were torn and tattered.
The clerk was nice but the girl before him had screwed up something on the computer and demanded he fix it. When he said 'let me check the customer in first', she mumbled 'but I have somewhere to go'.
Overall I'm glad I only paid 74. I would have been happier paying $10 more and stayed across the street.
A shame. in the day this was a great hotel. now, no one cares at all and it's obvious.response / report this review -

Me, my husband and two kids stay here for a week. We had no problems at. We stayed on the top floor. it smelled like some awesome weed, but big deal. I would recommend this place and take my family there again.
