We came here for one day and two nights as we wanted to go to the Stone Mountain Park.
The park was a walking distance away and it would take about 10 minutes to walk and 5 minutes to drive. This place has free breakfast that is outstanding!
Yet, I did find that some milk is bad and it looked like cottaged cheese.
It has donuts, cinnamon rolls, cereal, yogurt, toast,and much more. The rooms are a decent size.
1 bed with a closet and a bathroom that is pretty big. There is a desk, a chair, a refridgerator,and a tv. This hotel is great for many!
In the lobby they have a restroom, next to the breakfast. The air conditioning works very well! I really enjoyed my stay.response / report this review -

The hotel staff was very understanding and courteous with me and my situation. It was very nice to be treated with the same southern comfort that I am used to with my hotel background and experience. Breakfast was good and a nice change of pace.

We used the Holiday Inn Express as a room block option for our wedding in Stone Mountain and were very very pleased with the accommodations! Barbara Mullins was very helpful and setting up the blocks, reserving the meeting room for the Bride/Bridesmaid/Mothers to get ready in, and the entire staff was patient and helpful in assisting with whatever we needed!
A great place to stay for any events you may have in the Stone Mountain area! Thank you for hosting our family and friends for our Wedding and providing a very comfortable stay so everyone was well rested to PARTY!!response / report this review -

We had a large group of our family/friends ( 10 rooms) stay at your hotel for our son's wedding. We were so pleased with everything during our stay. Rachel, the front desk receptionist, was quite helpful, friendly and patient with the many young cousins. We were given rooms all together, which aided in family time. Eladia and Darcy, housekeeping, were so gracious with our requests for extra towels and pillows. The beds were very comfortable and pillows were great. We had a blast playing in the clean roomy pool. Pat, the breakfast hostess, kept the fresh food coming each morning. In fact, the cozy breakfast area was where we connected with out-of-town family each leisurely morning. Never have I had better breakfast at a Holiday Inn Express. The wonderful accommodations and atmosphere made the wedding weekend very memorable. Thank you so much!

Breakfast was absolutely amazing! We had everything we needed, kids enjoyed the pool, the lemonade, fruit and cookies were a nice touch! I work part time at a $300 + a night resort and our room at Holiday Inn had much more than our rooms have. I recommended HIE to all my co-workerss.

The people were very friendly. The food at breakfast was fresh and good. Friendly staff and extremely clean. I had a very pleasant stay. Ms. Rachael was very friendly and helpful at check in and check out. Room was clean and nice

Stayed one night. Upon entering our room there was a strong smell of bleach. I went to front desk and spoke to gina. She immediately moved us to a different room. From there everything was fine. Breakfast is very nice with choices like eggs, bacon, fruit, pancakes, juice and yummy cinnamon rolls.

The entire Staff was courteous with great personalities and very polite. I was in town for my boyfriend birthday, so we checked into the Holiday Inn Express. It was in a convenient location near stores. The hotel upkeep from the outside was well kept and I inquired about the stay from one of the quest and was informed me that it was a nice place. On my check out day, it was my boyfriend birthday and the male worker that was serving the breakfast gave him a birthday goodie bag. That was a beautiful gesture. Out of all of my hotel stays that was a beautiful thought. I want to thank the Staff at Stone Mountain Holiday Inn Express for a beautiful stay. I will be back.

My stay was awesome!!! Every one employee was exceptionally nice and professional. Very special thanks to Mr. Robert that prepared and served breakfast. He was the most personable and helpful to myself and all of my grandchildren. I also observed Mr. Robert as he communicated with other guest in the eating area. He was so helpful and caring to everyone, not just our family. When I return back to Atlanta-Stone Mountain area, I will be staying with you again at this awesome Holiday Inn Express! Happy Holidays and Blessings to ALL OF THE STAFF!!!!!!!!!

I just wanted to send a quick note as a HUGE THANK YOU to the staff at the Holiday Inn Express Staff at the Stone Mountain Park Location. My family and I had landscaping services completed at our home this past week that required us to stay here because our home was without power. The staff here from late night check in, early morning breakfast service, housekeeping, and the wonderful front desk staff made us feel very welcome and at home.
