Great hotel, clean and comfy, lots of breakfast choices and best of allFREE CHAIR MASSAGES for guests every Tuesday. There is nothing better after a long day of travel and work than being offered a complimentary massage to unwind. Great customer service.

Such a wonderful experience!! The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had all we needed. Everyone from the front desk staff to the manager were very accommodating and I would highly recommend staying here.

The worst Marriott property I've stayed at in years. The hallway to the room felt like a old 1970s Holiday inn, low, funky colored light. Upon opening the door to the room, was surprised at the cold feel, incredibly small sink area, barely big enough to hold toiletries. One small chair in the corner looked very out of place. After checking in at 11 PM, the only option for late food was microwave snack, but when I got to the room, no microwave! Took it back to the desk and was only then told that there is a minute rowave in the lobby. Even the water saver on the sink in the room limited the flow so much that it took ten seconds to fill the small disposable water glass. As a Platinum member, this was try depressing. Stay away property for me.

Lots of construction = Lots of noise.

    Pros:
    Very nice small indoor pool.
    Same for Fitness Room.
Everything was immaculately clean, tidy and even sparkling.
    Friendly and helpful staff.
    Extra pillows delivered cheerfully.
Quite possibly the best complimentary breakfast that I have treated to in North America.

    Cons:
Very compact rooms. Not so much square footage as compared to layout of floorplan.
Feels very NYC in the economy of space.
The construction will eventually end so this is temporarily a nuisance, but a hindrance to sleep nonetheless.

The hotel was very nice, the room was large and clean, the lobby was very nice and inviting. But most importantly, the staff was wonderful. When we checked out, my wife left and forgot her I-Pad. We discovered it was missing 9 hours later. We called to see if by some slim chance it was turned in to lost and found. It was turned in and in perfect condition! No hassles what so ever in getting it back. The clerk checked our I'd and it was returned.
We could not be more happy.

I stayed here last week with just my son and I. I am a Marriot member and always stay here with usually more of my family with me. I am mostly satisfied with Marriot in general which is why I continue to stay here. However, this is the first time at this location and it was less than satisfactory so I have to comment. It was just my son and I, two guys, and we didn't need much in terms of services from the hotel. What we probably valued the most during this stay was the good night sleep and breakfast. The breakfast was disappointing and ruined it for me. Each morning I went to breakfast and didn't see much that was appetizing and not much choice either. One morning I went down and almost all the options were out or had little left. I can understand if it is just bad timing with a packed hotel, but I didn't see any staff moving in efforts to replenish any of the stations.

This hotel is new and very comfortable. Front desk staff is very courteous. The bed is extremely comfortable. There is a shower room, no bath tub. I thought the shower room is strangely designed: only half is covered by glass, the other half is uncovered so water can splash out. Regardless, the shower is still warm and nice. Don't expect any luxury here, but the hotel should be comfortable enough for most people.

My wife and I were planning to stay just one night to avoid driving in traffic for 2 hours. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly when we arrived. Our room was in great condition. The hotel itself was very clean. The only complaint is due to the construction in the area, not the hotel. We liked the room so much, we decided to stay another night.

I stayed here as a business traveler and was completely satisfied. Soft bed, hot shower, clean room, and a comfortable workstation - everything you could expect from a Fairfield. I didn't take advantage of the pool or gym areas, but my associate said that both were busy but not full, and had everything he needed to work off our dinner at Varsity the previous night. I highly recommend this hotel if you're look for something nice but don't want to break the bank.

Staff is so friendly here. Rooms are clean and cozy. Lobby is a casual, relaxing area. Plus every Tuesday is customer appreciation night with complimentary chair massage! Which is an amazing and unique service to offer.

I stayed here about 4 times this year, has view of fancy apartments. Generally nice hotel. occasionally you'll hear dogs barking across the way on their back porches, but I leave my fan on all night anyway so didn't really notice much. There's a mall not too far away and some decent eating options around that area.
