We have spent a lot of time in hotels for both business and pleasure. Saying that, we really enjoyed our time at the Hyatt Place Atlanta Alpharetta. The suites were clean, roomy, and comfortable. The hotel staff was AMAZING!

The hotel seems to be going downhill. It is still clean and the staff is professional and courteous, but it seems a bit dated and there are no garden or spa tubs, which is something my wife and I thought a "king tub" meant. Not the best experience, but still ok.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the Continental breakfast wasn't bad. The best part were the 3 different types of bed pillows. I would stay here again.

The room was clean when we checked in.
When I called earlier week made 2 requests. One was late check-in and second one was 2 reservations should have the rooms besides each other. The lady who answered my call, said it has been made note of. So, I arrive. Late check-in not an issue. But then the receptionist says no such request that the 2 rooms should be besides each other. Very disappointing. then he managed to give it on same floor.
Air conditioner - was not cooling the room even at 62/63 temperature. First time, having such bad experience with Hyatt.
breakfast spread could be better, eggs seemed dry. plates, bowls, glasses were over too fast and it wasnt getting stocked up faster.response / report this review -

Had a late night check in (2am) and the front desk woman was very nice and helpful. All the staff has been great and the room was nicer and bigger than expected. Great deal!

Great place, clean and friendly. I stayed over for 4 nights, the rooms looked just like the pics online. Convenient location for shopping & eating! Only about 25 minutes from outside of Altanta. With early moring traffic 7am-9am or late afternoon 5pm-7:30pm traffic it's about 35 minutes.

Clean accommodations, relatively friendly staff and the ability to order warm food 24/7. Overall, a good hotel for the area. However, for my experience, some things were "off". Got a room next to the elevator despite arriving on a Monday, which would be OK if the said room didn't get the noise from the elevator. Room layout is clearn and modern with a roll in shower.
However, one cannot order room service. That's right - you order, they prepare, then you go to the reception desk and pick your food up. Really strange. The room was missing a couple of basics that I have gotten used to - like hair dryer and body lotion. The former I didn't enquire about. The latter, I did and was told that they keep them at the front desk. Must be a precious commodity not to entrust the guests with.
I feel like I'm being too picky dinging two stars for seemingly inconsequential things, but I seriously have never seen or heard of a non-motel chain refusing the said basics. Unless I'm in a bind, not coming back to this location.response / report this review -

Internet was exordinarily slow. Parking was convenient. One of the elevators was not working, so waiting for the elevator was longer than expected and the one available elevator became crammed more often with people.

Let me start with saying my last 5 stays and including this stay, I've never had any issues. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. No matter what time it is 24x7 food can be ordered and made fresh. Have to recommend this hotel. Rooms are clean, free WiFi, and etc.. won't regret your stay!

Had another wonderful start with Hyatt. From friendly greetings each time I walked in the door, to the attention to my room and floor preference, the staff earned my appreciation. Will definitely stay with Hyatt next time I am in town.

Amazing hotel staff! EXTREMELY professional and friendly. From the employees who clean up with breakfast, shuttle service, reception area( who do many tasks) , both morning and night shifts.. Are amazing. Management should know how well everyone does! The downside: wifi isn't that good, breakfast is the same all week and the pillows are extremely flat even if you put 4 on top of each other .
