Customer service needs improvement. Made a cash deposit and it took about an hr to get the cash back when i check out. They had to call the person who recieved the payment to check if i paid and when he/she didnt answer had to wait for the manager to approve the refund. ALL CASH DEPOSITS SHOULD BE DOCUMENTED AND EASILY AVAILABLE FOR REFUND WHEN CHECK OUT.

The staff is extremely helpful and nice. I really enjoyed my stay. If the rooms were a little cleaner I would have given this hotel a higher rating.

Jeremy provided EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE to my family and I! He went out of his way to make sure that our room was refreshed and that we had everything that we needed. He is a huge asset to this hotel as his sincerity and genuine concern make him one of a kind! :-)

The first room we were assigned already had someone in it. That made for an interesting surprise when we opened the door. We were given a different room afterwards and everything went smoothly after that. Staff were polite and courteous.

Room was very nice. Lobby was nicely appointed and was inviting. Staff was very pleasant and helpful and I love that they invited us back instead of the standard thank you for staying. Breakfast was good as well.

Have been here for a few hours and notice lots of issues.

Doors in room (closet and bathroom) look like they got stripped from a construction home. Dirty hand prints and scratches all over them. Also, shower is similar. Luckily I'm here by myself (male) so I can tolerate it, however if I had the rest of my family we would have gone elsewhere. Carpets are stained. WiFi is awful. Wall units for a.c. Safe has no instructions of how to operate it; older model as well. Receptionist was nice but lacked confidence and spoke timidly. Refrigerator unit also very dirty and probably stripped from a university dorm. Wall/paint has scratches all over it. Curtains look like there is a blood stain/drop on it. Cob webs along ceiling. TV is tiny. Terrible.will look elsewhere next time. Only have been here for 4 hrs.no feedback on food, vending, etc. Good water pressure though.

Staff is super friendly though. Good people working here. Just needing some updating as a facility.

This hotel is quite frankly the best in the area and catered to the needs of several college students with great care. The breakfast was splendid and I could feel the southern hospitality dripping from the walls. I look forward to staying here the next time I'm in Atlanta.

The room was clean for the most part and the bed is super comfy but the hotel is seriously dated and in bad need of renovations. There was spots on a hand towel that looked like paint possibly. The headboard had hand prints on it. One of our lamps didn't work. It just really needs to be renovated. There's adequate parking, cameras outside and they provide continental breakfast. They have a really nice workout roomnot sure if everything works but it looks really nice.

I just checked in with my two boys and the lady at the front desk was AMAZING! Very patient and kind, took her time giving us a menu for local delivery and helped me with some milk for my crabby little one! We got a room key within minutes and couldn't be happier with our room! The decor is so pretty and everything is very clean and in working order! I would definitely recommend and stay again.

DO NOT STAY HERE HORRIBLE HOTEL DISCUSTING! I wish I could give this hotel 0 stars they gave me 2 rooms that were filthy from there last guest visit. They did want to give me my money back even though I spent 10 minutes there then left they false advertise their amenities.

It wasn't the best, but it sure wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed at in this class.

The staff is nice. The breakfast is hot and complimentary. The parking is free. The room, however, showed some age.

The bath tub was slow to drain, the water went from warm to super hot to super cold without any intervention from myself. The bathroom door was not original some type of retrofit.

It's still a good deal, so consider it if you need a place to stay in NE Atlanta.

Very disappointed with the hotel. First room (#240) had at least five large bugs in it. One on the bed, two (that we saw) on the carpet, one on the AC unit, and one crawling on the wall. Tiles in the bathroom were cracked. Went downstairs and was assigned our second room (#439). Supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke. Had not been vacuumed - trash and dirt clearly visible on the floor and a cleaning woman (who was super nice) said that the room had not been cleaned yet because the coffee pot wasn't there or anything. There were brown stains on the bed cover, sheets, AND the pillows. She showed me a room she had cleaned (#432) and it looked OK. But the more I thought about it, the more paranoid I got about bugs crawling on me and the cleanliness of the hotel, so we cancelled. We stayed here a few years ago and didn't have an issue but would NOT recommend at this time.

My stay there was fabulous. They staff was very nice and helpful. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and nice looking. The room was excellent, very clean, nice smelling and everything worked in the room. The front desk personnel was so so nice and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
