Checked in food was left there from past guest and dissh washer was full of dirty dishes. Over all for a Hilton company hotel it wasn't worth what I paid. Worst I've ever stayed at. No bugs or anything just over all maid cleaning wasn't the best.

This is a great hotel to stay in, especially M-F. There is a complimentary breakfast everyday and M-F there is complimentary appetizers and beer/wine. When we visited, we didn't end up having to purchase any food because breakfast held us over until the appetizers, which served as our dinner. The price of the room was a bit high, but when you factor in the savings on food, it was well worth it. This hotel does have a swimming pool (indoors)/hot tub, laundry room and a fitness center. It's also located in a great spot for the Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter.

Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Very clean. Love that they provide dishes, and a dishwasher so you can bring groceries. It really is like a mini apartment. Front Desk staff was friendly, even the when I called at 1am for help with my wake up call :) if you need a few things from the store they will even go for you and bring it to your room so you don't have to leave. 24 hour fitness and pool inside the hotel. Beds are very comfortable!

I had a clean room with all the amenities you would expect. They served a very nice breakfast in the morning. Also when we arrived in the evening they host a social with food and drinks. It was very nice. The hotel is a little back from main roads so it's nice and quiet. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

Our first time staying at a suite hotel. The friendly staff were very helpful. Clean and comfortable room. Could have used a few more tables for the breakfast crowd though.

I can not think of another place that I have stayed that was as friendly and convenient for a family on vacation. Full hot breakfast in the am and great food in the evening on Monday through Thursday. Staff were great and super hospitable. Clean rooms. Decent price. Close to the airport and convenient to area attractions Would stay here again f given the choice.

Wonderful staff! Great location! Pool room was warm but water was cold! Food was great! Room was a great size for a suite but not much soundproof from the main room to inside of hotel. The bedroom was quiet. I would definitely stay again!

The actual room at this hotel was excellent. It was clean, spacious and quiet. The shower had three shower heads and it was very nice. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location is kind of close to the airport, but very close to Florence Mall. My only criticism was the exorbitant price. One night was $200 with tax. This was a very nice hotel, but it was not worth those prices.

My server Lyolia was awesome! Very attentive and friendly! She had great suggestions on food to order! It was great as well! Thanks for the great service!! The hotel front desk staff were fantastic too! My room was very comfortable and clean! Housecleaning staff great!

My stay at Homewood Suites was beyond my expectations. The property was super clean and well managed. Once I went inside I was greeted by a lovely young lady named Goldie. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! The room was very clean, smelled nice, and very appealing to the eye. I had a lovely warm breakfast the next morning with great selection I might add. This was by far the most welcoming stay I have had in my cross country road trip. I will definitely come again and I would recommend this to anyone!

Doesn't get much better if you have to be away from home. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a good selection. Evening "snack" made it so I didn't have to go get dinner. Great stay. Highly recommended.

My husband and I went here for a kid free night. The staff was nice when we checked in, the rooms were pretty nice and clean. Thank God it was a kid free night, as we had the extreme displeasure of having a very strange, butt naked man standing outside of our hotel room when we we got back from the nearby Walmart. We ended up trapped in the room afraid to leave for the rest of the night and booked it out of there (skipping breakfast and all) in the morning for fear we might have to encounter the man again. This place is a bit pricey to have to deal with that and have nothing done to reconcile it when you inform the staff and email customer relations. It's a shame but we won't be back.

This hotel is far better than it should be for the price!
Room: Very comfortable, the living room was great and the kitchen worked well.
Amenities: The gym and pool are standard, nothing special. The hot tub is a nice bonus.
Breakfast: As cheap hotel breakfast goes it's pretty standard.
Shower: The hot water and water pressure are fantastic!
Price: With our corporate discount it was very cheap, can't say what the price is without it.
Staff: Helpful, nothing memorable.
