Very clean rooms great staff. Pool is clean work out facility is small but works. Reastrant right next door. Great view of the city right out front. Other reastrants not far away. New Port is very close it has movie theater and many restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice to stay here, comfortable beds, great shower! Pool too cool. Attention needed on our two windows, curtains with missing hooks.

Clean and modern room. Close to downtown Cincinnati/Newport. Definitely kept today with probably the best Holiday Inn breakfast I've had. Definitely recommend.

The amenities were great, and the breakfast wasn't bad either. The room itself was in good shape. I'd highly recommend the hotel if in the area.

Stayed in a King Bed Suite. The rooms have been recently remodeled. The room was nice, plenty of lighting and electric outlets. Complementary breakfast was fair. Front desk staff seemed nice. Only complaint was noise from room next door. Read other reviews about thin walls, so this may be a factor, especially when I could hear the couple next door engaging in an extracurricular activity. The location was convenient.

This was my second stay at this hotel and it was just like any other Holiday Inn Express. The floor I was on was under renovations, but I was given a newly renovated room. Big changes to the typical hotel room layout. They have removed a lot of the old furnishings that took up much of the floor space with newer less restricting furnishings. I like the new look. Breakfast was good as usual. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to those visiting the area.

I believe her name was Anita that checked us in . Very sweet girl that answered all my question as of where was a good place to have for dinner. Lol she was right And places to get have a cold one. She was right again :) So Thanks you again Anita you have been a great help. Hope to see you again when I visit. And Holiday inn thank you for hiring her. She deserves a raise. 😁

Good location. We were very disappointed that the pool was closed. There was also a lot of (mechanical) noise, all night, that kept me awake.

There are renovations at hotel, but nice staff and large rooms. Fitness Center has free weights. Parking is somewhat limited. Hotel has hot breakfast and good internet.

This hotel was just renovated and it looks great. The location is perfect to visit downtown Newport and it's close to everything. Housekeeping was on point and front desk staff was friendly and informative. I come to this city often and I will definitely be staying here again.

Nice hotel undergoing renovations. Beds and room were very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was ok and some items were dried out by 8am. Pool was nice and warm but the air was very chlorine filled.

I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt right now since it's under construction. WiFi is fast. Location is convenient to 471 and a quick shot to Cincinnati. Room was comfortable, though smelled a bit musty. Near a few food options. Rather quiet.
Update: dropped to three stars with the lack of hot water.response / report this review
