As usual one of the good hotel in Holiday Inn chain stayed one day in my visit to Atlanta I really like the location near to Airport plus it's situated near food restaurants and convenience stores.

Amazing holiday inn! Clean hotel with cute and stylish decor and furniture. Great breakfast and coffee. Close to the airport. Beautiful views outside that I was not expecting. I got my coffee downstairs and looked out the back of the hotel and was welcomed by a lake, a deck you can walk outside on and sit to relax and just enjoy the scenery - it was really beautiful and relaxing. I’d like to go back just to do that again! The rooms were big and fit my family perfectly. The staff was very friendly as well. I highly recommend it here! And we are a SPIRE member and see a lot of holiday inns. Great stay - thank you!

Arrived at 9:30pm. Rooms have not been prepared. "Come back in 30 minutes and room will be ready." Came back at 10:30pm. No rooms ready. "Sorry for your inconvenience, but we are doing all we can." If you are unhappy you can talk to a manager in the morning. Bet he won't be available. "5 minutes more and we will have you a room." 15 minutes and still waiting.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! They find a way to over charge you and get money out of you! Due to check out it was a man at the desk arguing about charges to his account! Walking up to the room! The door was open! It was a humidifier in the room trying to clear out the smoke that was in the room the night before! I don't smoke my friends don't smoke! The day of check out! I was charged 277 plus 250! They say someone was in the room smoking! If I smoke cool charge me for it! But either one of us don't at all! I called corporate and all! No one gave me my money back! Old of they did this because we was from out of town but they are the worst!

Staff is very friendly and always looking to help in any way possible. The hotel has a subtle modern style with a great outdoor patio at the back that extends to the side of the hotel. The gym is as expected from a hotel, but they do have passes available for a nearby gym. Breakfast options are good with some rotation between days.

During my stay at Holiday Inn Empress in Atlanta, GA near the airport, I left at 8:30am 8/12/2017 to go to an event at the Amphitheater. When I returned @ 12:00am that evening I came to discover that I had property stolen out of my room, drawers and suit case were ransacked. Reporting this to the evening manager and in the morning by phone and in person to the front desk and the housekeeping supervisor nothing was done, no contact, no message nothing said at all, the staff seemed not to care what happened period!!, which is a bad representation of the management at this facility. I reported the incident to the Atlanta Police Department and have not heard anything from them either. The Hotel serves free breakfast to Police Officers daily, it's no wonder that nothing is being done in regards to this matter. I will be tweeting this incident as well as voicing this incident over the air on my radio show and contacting the corporate office for compensation for my property loss during my stay. I would never stay there ever again!!

There was a party of four. We stayed here for 3 days with our 93 year old grandmother,. We had 2 rooms. One had a lake view and one was equipped with a ADA shower. The front desk staff was AMAZING from the moment we arrived. The free breakfast was bacon, turkey sausage, pork sausage, scrambled eggs, veggie omelettes, pancakes, toast, bagels, juice, oatmeal, cereal, cinnamon rolls, juices, coffee. The lobby has a computer, printer, fax and airline info. During the afternoon they served cheese and crackers, chips, salsa, wine,beer, sodas and a veggie tray. There was a swimming pool and fitness center. The fitness center was out of order one day and they gave us passes to LA Fitness which is a short walk. There is food, a Walgreens, and store within walking distance. The lake terrace is a great place to sit and chill. We met some cool people.

This hotel has a very beautiful view, a few workers who were awesome and pleasant. And then 1 in particular that was a miserable evil and spiteful for no reason. Multiple days there i needed pool towels for at least 15 or 16 kids i had to wait once over 2 hours and time almost a hour they constantly said our CONVOCATION children were too loud but had a family reunion there that was extremely loud in lobby and nothing was ever said. And not to mention we kept getting invaded by ants in our suite.
The only reason i give it the 2 stars is because of the few AWESOME workers and BEAUTIFUL view. If not for this i would give no stars

Hotel is fairly current, nice decor. Breakfast options were good. Nice layout and plenty of room for service and seating. Only short drive to downtown, no traffic issues early. Good choice of restaurants nearby. A few minor maintenance items need attention. Resolution of these would push rating higher.

This was a very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. We came here with a baseball team and had several rooms. Some rooms were over booked which was frustrating. The morning staff wasn't the nicest. The grandparents came to watch the baseball game and they stayed here too. The staff gave them a lecture about no parties in the room or loud gatherings etc. Ha ha they are 68 years old!!! That was unnecessary and over the top. Other than that nice place to stay.

Hotel is nice, comfortable, staff is awesome ! Excellent shuttle to the airport, hotels in very good condition. Recommend it on my list Nice indoor pool, close to restaurants and shopping, and they serve a full breakfast in the morning

The facility is an average Holiday Inn hotel. The lobby is nicely done and there were no problems checking in. The refrigerator in my room didn't work. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, I was told it was a new sensing refrigerator that would cool after items were placed in it. Of course, it did not work and at 2:30 AM, I took my refrigeration necessary item to the front desk and they put it in their refrigerator. On the plus side, the lady attending to breakfast was quite friendly and made breakfast time enjoyable before heading off to the long lines at the ATL airport.

Room is good sized and clean, bathroom nice and beds incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was included with room and excellent. My toddler was very impressed with the automatic pancake machine; I was happier with the truly incredible amount of fresh bacon.
Staff is the standout here though. Shuttle driver super friendly, desk and kitchen people all very nice. Not sure if we'll ever be in Atlanta again but would stay here for sure.
