The hotel is extremely clean! The front desk staff is so nice. They make you feel very at home. The rooms are wonderful.

Although the studio room was nice the presentation made by Diamond Resorts was poor and they lied about the follow up offer for listening to the 90 minute presentation. My presenter, Trinity, not only tried to make the person I was with be my significant other, but he lied which caused them not to give each of us our gifts. This is supposed to be a multimillion dollar company but they could t give us each our $75 gift cards and free 4 day 3 night vacation. I would never recommend doing business with a company that supports liars. Do not waste your time going to their presentation because if you don’t purchase their vacation deals they will back out of their offer.

Convenient to all the theme parks. Huge apartments, equipped with essentials. Maintenance in the unit we had was a little iffy but staff response to make repairs was quick and courteous. The sales pitch was pushy and obnoxious but offered $125 to tolerate it. Another guest was inadvertently given room assignment to our already occupied unit which made for an interesting couple of moments. We had to contact front office to get our key cards replaced after that incident since the error cancelled the code we had. No apology from management. A sales person advised me that she wasn't surprised about the problems because they give the bad service and units to timeshare owners and traders. Great way to promote your product, no?

Well appointed and maintained. Very good value for the money and space and cleanliness. Immaculate. Just buildings are.older construction, but inside is excellent.
    Beds super comfortable.
A great deal when traveling. Whether you need a upscale studio, one bedroom, or two bedroom, and they all have full kitchen sized to match space.

This is my second visit to this location and I love it immensely. The suite we stayed in had two full bedrooms and baths. Full kitchen, dining and living room with a small screened in patio. The rooms were impeccably clean and well stocked with amenities for a truly comfortable stay. The price was almost identical to a normal hotel room but it provides so much more. We are definitely going to return.

Our 3 bedroom condo is great. Full kitchen has everything we need. Beds are beyond comfortable. Staff is amazing. Located near grocery store and pharmacy. Close to Disney Springs. It's a great place to stay.

The resort is very nice and clean. The rooms are pretty small with little or no privacy. The king size bedroom has an open Jacuzzi, sink and shower all next to the bed. The only place you get with a separate small like closet size is where the toilet is located. If the air conditioner is on while you're taking a shower or bath, you'll freeze or catch a cold because everything is in the same place all open.

This place is awesome. Beautiful rooms, great service, lots of stuff to do for kids. Unfortunately the bar is being redone so it's closed right now. After four days of no power because of the hurricane, found this place for $53 a night. 2 bedroom. Best effing day ever!

This place is not a 5 star resort but the staff makes you feel like 5 star hotel. They are very professional and so kind. They made a small mistake with my visit but they corrected right away and they made me feel especial. The place is so relaxing and very accommodating. The room is very spacious and they have a jacuzzi. I strongly recommend this place. I can't believe is so cheap to stay there in the middle of July. I was so impressed. Thank you Cypress staff for appreciated military personal for their service.

Our stay was pretty good. We loved how nice and big the rooms were. The beds were big and comfy and the pillows were amazing! The nice big tubs, were a plus as well. Everything was nice and clean.
I only have a few complaints..

-Our fridge ended up not working, the workers responded pretty quickly, but it took 3 different calls and complaining before the problem was fixed.

-None of the movie channels in the room i stayed in worked, which was disappointing. Even after they tried to fix the issue, it wouldnt work, the entire time we were there.

-The toilets are kinda small, for a taller person, this was an issue.

Besides those small issues, this place was great and i would def like to come back someday.

One more thing.. the pool area is nice, my only concern is.. the waterslides. My son, my sister and a few other people, kept getting kicked in the face by other people. I feel like the slides should be put in a better more open spot/area.

Very lovely resort; really liked the aspect of sister resort Grand Villas across the street sharing open amenities. The staff at both locations are very friendly and resourceful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Great attention to detail was paid to their guests, all the way down to providing detail sheets on local grocery, attractions, and basic needs facilities with directions on how to get to them. Highly recommend for a quaint, pleasant stay.

Rooms are immaculate. I absolutely loved it (and we got a studio)! Very well laid out room with spacious corner shower, tub, king size bed was very comfortable, mini fridge, coffee maker, and even a safe in the room. The entire resort is beautiful including swimming area, hot tubs, and lots of activities. Concierge desk and service was very helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone.

The rooms are spacious, well decorated, and have all the amenities! They seem well constructed, as well as comfortable beds, and sturdy furniture. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and even stocked with coffee and salt and pepper. The pool is lovely and there is no noise from outside traffic (including people walking by). It is lovely here and we look forward to coming back.
