Upset because I reserved it before calling them. So it comes with no utensils, plates, cups, pots or pans. WiFi was down all five days I was there. No phone in the rooms. They give you coffee with no coffee maker. Towels were dirty. Oh and the TV sucked. Out of 50 channels only 4 or 5 were clear other than that, they all had static.

I stayed there for 2 weeks the wifi was broke, there was no breakfast, house keeping never comes, the office staff is rude. The other people have a prostitute ring going on its horrible the amount of money u pay is ridiculous for such bad treatment the rooms have blood stained sheets HORRIBLE

This hotel is the WORSE!!! Don’t waste your money here their workers are rude , The room we had the door was messed up and as we were laying down they kicked us out and said we were noisy when it wasn’t us NO STARS

This was one of the worst experience getting this room. When I arrived there was no TV in my room and I had to ask them for a TV. When they put the tv in my room, it was still not working. There was no tissue in the bathroom. The door knob was broke. I had no blanket in my room just sheets. The room smelled like weed and dirty diapers. I got put out my room because a noise complaint and said that I had to evacuate or the police will be called and I will be fined $400.

This is by far the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at. As we entered our "penthouse suite" we were greeted with the smell of marijuana and dirty feet. After quickly scanning the room, the lack of cleanliness was more than evident. The floors were un vacuumed and had large pieces of trash throughout the room. The headboard to one of the beds was broken and leaning to one side. The bathrooms and showers were absolutely disgusting and definitely need some work. The walls all around the shower were soft. There were two tv's in the room; one just straight up didn't work, while the other didn't even have a cord to plug it into the wall. Neither tv's had a remote either. The cherry on top of my stay was the deposit and no partying policy we had to sign. This policy was a no smoking or partying policy. It was warning us that if the staff were called to our room, then our $200 deposit would be gone. When we arrived back to the hotel on Saturday night the parking lot was was full of about 30 people drinking and doing drugs. We literally watched several people roll joints in the parking lot from our room window. The police would eventually show up and the people scattered. When the cops left however, the parking lot filled back up. The front desk staff was not the most professional either. Any time we would go to the desk to complain about our room, they would respond with, "Oh yeah we knew that". If you truly knew there were things wrong with the room, why in the heck would you keep us in there or not offer us another room. We were never offered a discount for our stay after going to the desk several times. We were merely trying to cover our own butts so that we wouldn't get our deposit taken away for all of the problems throughout the room. I would suggest sleeping in your car before staying in this hotel!!!! Customer service and cleanliness are non existent here.

Rooms were not kept up to cleanliness standards. Could use a better method of training staff to clean the rooms. Very disappointed with that. Floors weren't vacuumed completely, shower curtain rods loose, bathroom/closet doors with visible damage, railings loose just to name a few.

Worst hotel ever. Worst service ever. My bed was on the floor, sheets were dingy & dirty. The phone didn't work, no cups, uncomfortable mattress & my air conditioning did not turn off. The girl @ the front desk told me to come get a blanket. Oh & it gets better. I need to stop by the front desk to speak with the manager. I want my money back. This place needs improvements. The staff did their best. I'm dissatisfied. Did I mention I had to change rooms?????? The girl @ the front desk told me she thinks the air conditioning works. But she's not trained on how to turn it off. She never offered me a different room. Just freeze all night. I wouldn't treat my worst enemy like this.

This is the most DISGUSTING hotel I've ever come upon. The customer service is GARBAGE and the Penthouse I checked into was filthy. The once white tubs had a dirty feet marks at the bottom, the toilets were streaked, there was some type of substance on the walls and there were flies throughout the room. Stuff was falling apart. My skin literally crawled, I immediately requested a refund and ran to SpringHill Suites. I wouldn't even stay here if I was desperate. This place needs a major update.

I don't usually expect much from a Hawthorn but this hotel was very nice. Easy to find and very clean But the staff was exceptional. Check in was smooth and I only had one issue that they took care of right away. I would recommend anybody to come stay here.The only thing I missed was a pool but otherwise my stay was great.

The nerve of them to have the nastiest rooms and want to jip people out of their stay at the room. We had a penthouse and we're kicked out before midnight. The said there was a noise complaint and it was out of their hands. They said the police would be called and I was gonna wait on the police but the people I was with said no let's just go. They asked us to call back on Monday (it was Saturday night) and we just got jerked around when we called.
The room was run down. Smelled of mildew, the beds didn't even have comforters on them. We were told we would get a sofa bed instead we got two chairs. We tried to make the best of it and were kicked out.
Wish I can give this place 0 stars but I had to rate it to write this review.

This place is definitely one big disgusting scam. Went to celebrate my friend's birthday and the room looked horrible. Missing drawers, broken arm in the couch. It all together looked disgusting. And wouldn't you know it just like majority of these reviews she got kicked out for a "noise complaint". Went to speak to the manager. "he wasn't in" In case you haven't read the rest of the reviews that's very common as well. Save yourself the trouble and your money. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! You have been warned.
