Ant infested, FILTHY bathroom (black mold, urine stains on side of toilet, stained, dirty tub, smell of mold) burnt out lights in room, crooked, dilapidated flooring, lamp air conditioner. Spilled some water on floorI cleaned it up w/white napkinnapkin turned BLACK from filthy, dirty floor. Housekeeping enters the room while you sleep and demands you're a "checkout" when you're staying additional nights. No "do not disturb" sign provided for 6 days. Requested multiple times. Not the hotel's fault, but man beating up woman in parking lot and tried to run her over with car. Called 911, police drove through once. But, couple came back TOGETHER and proceeded to verbally fight right outside our doorno police or hotel employees intervened. In summary, FILTHY, unprofessional staff, many maintenance issues! Pass this location up, a complete DUMP!

The location was conveniently right down the street from our event that was taking place that evening. My room was amazing. The hotels host Isaac whom took care of us service was AWESOME! I am going to be coming back and would definitely recommend this hotel.

The office staff are very nice! However the housekeeping staff are lazy ass hell. The rates are not bad at all. My husband and our 4 children stayed, the room was very clean i checked for bugs and cleanliness. The first night was ok because i guess we were too tired to notice anything. The next morning we woke up too drunk loud ass men talking outside our door for about 3 hrs. I called the office and they shut it down quick! The third day housekeeping came and gave absolutely no towels didn't empty the trash or sweep the room. And had the nerve to tell us we had to leave the room in order for her too do her job! Forth day i had to go to other room and ask housekeeping for trash bags and a broom.

Absolutely disgusting. Checked into the room only to find out five minutes later they had roaches. We were moved to yet another room to find they had them as well. There was no compensation given and the staff carries on as if it were nothing.not to mention the broken down vehicle in the parking lot.

Not to bad. Rooms could be cleaner though. However, my one night stay was comfortable and the service was good. Nice enough for the price. Keep in mind that everything in the rooms are not updated and the area is noisy.

The staff is amazing, but I rented a room with two beds, only got one. So had to move rooms. Then the next day go in to take a shower, and black mold is in the shower. The only thing the front desk had to say was "sorry about that, that really sucks. Why didn't you come and have us move you? " why would I want to move a third time? Will look for some place different next time I visit the Detroit area

We used to live in this area and have always stayed here when we visit relatives. It used to be a decent place to stay. This time, not so much! The rooms are really run down. Cracked sink, stained toilet and bathtub, fridge freezes everything, TV was really dark or all static, broken doors on the cabinet, parking lot has cracks and potholes. We put a do not disturb sign on our door twice and it came up missing both times. Asked the maids for another cuz front desk said they didn't have any. Maids could not understand what we wanted. We won't be staying here again. I guess you get what you pay for!

Blood stain on the sheets, hair on the pillows and makeup. Paid the extra for the upgraded king for the better TV that's even advertised on the room key. Nothing worked. Just a complete waste of money. But of course wasn't allowed to cancel. Told me manager I would like to be refunded. He said we don't do refunds sorry you didn't enjoy your stay. Didn't offer to do anything or show any form of concern considering the fact it was filthy. Highly suggest finding a different place unless your into a dirty stay and prostitutes in the other rooms.

Mortifying experience. Spiders, ants, bedbugs. Save yourself the time and look elsewhere. I ended my 3 night stay and only stayed for one day before checking out. The bathroom was dirty, maintenance could be improved definitely.

At the time they were out of power. They sold us a room at FULL PRICE for cash. We were just greatful to have a bed to sleep in at night after our concert. Most of the staff was friendly and courteous. All together it was an OK stay there, just wish they would have done more to accommodate us as far as the conditions of pricing with the room.
