There wasn't any refrigerators or microwaves. The service was great, but it would be nice if they had these

The location is right by several stores making it easily accessible. The staff is extremely friendly and ready to help with anything that you might need. The hotel is very clean, and provides a delicious breakfast each morning. I would gladly return here if I'm in the area again.

Thing guy on the front desk did not want to punch in my card after Their machine was not accepting my card so I couldnt check in to my reservation. Hilton honors app digital key already checked in for me and there was a card on file. I cannot give it any stars because I did not have a full enough experience to rate it.

First floor room was really spacious and clean. We used the digital key through the Hilton app, which worked flawlessly. Free breakfast was a nice bonus. Front desk staff was really friendly.

Could be updated. But nice. No microwave in the room I stayed in, but access to the one located in their breakfast area whenever I needed it (230am! Lol) so that was cool. The overnight guy was really sweet. Will stay again if need be.

The receptionist are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are always clean and comfortable. If ever there is an issue (not that there ever is) they are always there to help.

This is truly amazing location Hampton to did a phenomenal job putting together this hotel. I requested one of the rooms with a jacuzzi in it and I was very satisfied. Please be advised the rooms run up quickly so make a reservation. The manager of the Hotel is very kind and they have a little Snack Shack downstairs to grab some food when you're hungry. The free continental breakfast in the morning was amazing as well. I was very impressed thank you Hampton for doing a great job showing so much love 💘

This location is amazing they've got a Del Taco and a Denny's located next door both with free Wi-fi it's truly an experience I'd love you share. The staff is awesome and they've got over 110 rooms.I'm very impressed with my stay. Lots of parking spaces with a 5/5 customer service rating at the front desk. Pros: Amazing shopping center. Cons: Book in advance

We got the best room they had to offer. The tub was amazing, the shower was huge. The bed was so comfortable. The people at the front desk were so nice. I forgot my toothbrush and they had complimentary toothbrushes and other necessities. In the morning they had complimentary breakfast, the food was delicious. We went out and didn't have a number for a taxi, the hotel was quick to resolve this issue and order a taxi for us. Wish we could've stayed longer, was really looking forward to taking a swim in the pool but ran out of time. I'm more than certain that if you decide to stay here you will not be disappointed, totally worth the extra money.
