I received a standard room with 2 queen beds. The room was extremely spacious and best of all, the room was clean. I've read reviews about the carpet having stains or the room walls being thin, but I barely heard anything in the rooms (other than the occasional doors closing outside). They have a free coffee + tea station in the lobby 24/7. The bed was extremely soft and comfy. The only con I would have for the place would be the water light pressure. Otherwise I absolutely enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend.

Great hotel! The room we stayed in was very fresh and clean with simple decor and all the usual necessities. Complimentary breakfast and coffee is served in the mornings and you’re just a few minutes drive from John Wayne Airport.

Great hotel. Clean with nice furnishings. No longer free parking sadly. Decent continental breakfast. In room thermostat goes as low as 65 ;) Where I always stay when traveling in the area.

I found the staff helpful and friendly even before we arrived, when I phoned to request early check-in. When we arrived, a room was ready, hours before the official check-in time. The manager assisted us at the front desk and was extremely accommodating and polite. We love Springhill Suites anyway; this location was exceptionally clean, the rooms look upscale, and the furnishings and carpeting look either new or impeccably maintained. There's a reason we're returning to Springhill Suites -- we always have an exceptional experience.

The front desk was very cautious that we were the right people, which I can respect in a company. My head hit the pillow and I fell right asleep. Good place to visit around Irvine as well.

Extremely comfortable, clean and convenient suites. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.
Very nice bathrooms with separate toilet/sink room. Nice breakfast options.
Only downside was being charged for parking when they had a massive parking lot all around the building.response / report this review -

They've remodeled since our last visit and the place looks great. This is our go-to hotel for visits to Orange County. The staff is always nice and the rooms are always clean.

Convenient location near John Wayne Airport with parking for $12/night. The hotel was modern and clean, staff were friendly, and rooms were comfortable. Toilet paper is ok, towels were nice, and bed linens were comfortable. Our room did struggle to cool down, the A/C unit seemed undersized or at least needed a stronger blower, but otherwise a nice experience.

WiFi available as guest. Breakfast is served up until 9:30am. Decent pullout bed but have to make it yourself. Slide doors and no locks on toilet or shower. Shower has fantastic pressure.
