The extra value added with the free shuttle to Disney and the free parking while staying there. Sheets were clean and the bed was comfy. Couch was worn and stained. Right next to Shakey's pizza, which had a great deal for a 11-2 lunch buffet.

Nice staff. Close enough to Disney land. About a two mile walk from the security entrance. Only the beds and towels in the room were clean. The carpet was damp and turned our feet black within a few minutes of walking on it. However the next day they had shampooed it. But they still didn't wipe the orange smears off the walls. Probably the worst coffee I have ever had. Thank God for the hotel shuttle. Shuttle bus driver was awesome. Super nice and helpful. Wouldn't stay again only based on cleanliness of the room.

This was a good room for the price considering the proximity to Disneyland. The room was clean & very spacious as was the bathroom vanity area. The bed & pillows were very comfortable. Breakfast was nothing special (Waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt, fruit, juice) but it was nice to not have to worry about where to get breakfast before heading out for the day. Staff was friendly & helpful & check in/out was fast & easy. Room came with a mini-fridge which was nice to be able to store drinks & snacks. Free shuttle to Disneyland was very convenient as parking at Disneyland is atrocious. Area was fairly quiet. Only cons was that parking spaces were limited & tight & free wifi was slow & cut out a lot.

Have stayed overnight at this hotel multiple times. The proximity to Disneyland and quality of hotel brings me back every time. There's even a free shuttle that will take you to the park and back. The rooms have always been clean and the amenities are great. Free hot breakfast really adds to the value and they even have two new electric vehicle charging spots. The staff have always been friendly and very welcoming as well.

Clean, recently remodeled. Good room for the price. There's a shuttle to Disneyland, so that's a big plus, but the shuttle schedule is a little weird. Staff was good. Outdoor pool.

Staff was great. Breakfast area was a little tight as a new breakfast area is under construction. Shuttle could use an improvement. It runs on a very limited schedule and only holds 12-13 passengers. I would recommend walking if your feet can take it or buying some other bus/shuttle pass that runs more frequently. If you want to go early to magic morning you have to walk the shuttle does not run.

You can ALWAYS stay somewhere better. You will wish you had!

Staff was rude and all seemed to HATE their jobs. Had to ware shoes at all times because, the floors are so filthy your feet will turn black in seconds. You can hear everthing coming from rooms above and connected to you and outside. I can tell you when the people above us got up, walked, used the restroom and showered. Staff left a used dripping plunger outside of a room ALL DAY. I saw the maintenance man drop it off in the morning (chuckled a bit, obviously) and then noticed it HOURS later. Disgusting!!!

If you like lip stick on a pig, dirty rooms and rude staff this is your place.

Room are OK. Beds are decent. There is no safe in the room. The TV is small. The room they hold the free breakfast in can only accommodate about 4 tables which means there is no place to eat and you have to take things back to your room. They do have an actual dining room but it was being renovated while we were there, as was much of the hotel. BIG THING TO KNOW - you can only park one car in the hotel parking lot. So, If you have additional family meeting you and you all stay in one room then someone will need to park their car for upwards of $24 a night off site. or take the gamble and park at the Walmart down the road.

Reminded me of the cheap motor inns here in Australia, but I was wrong. Fantastic place place to stay. Friendly staff at front desk who are willing to help out, very clean and neat rooms for our family big and comfortable, loved the pool and its hours of operation until 10pm . first time I saw the fireworks from Disneyland whilst swimming in the pool, loved it. Breakfast is fantastic a lady making fresh waffles, and a courtesy bus to the theme parks and a nice restaurant next to hotel. prefect place for families I highly recommend this place.

The room we were in was newly renovated, and looked nice. The hotel is within walking distance to Disneyland, so that's a plus. Nice pool. Tv, microwave, fridge, and coffee pot are in the room. Overall, good.

Rooms are nice and the front desk people are polite. That being said the continental breakfast isn't enough for all guests. Was there at 7:30 for breakfast and most of it was already gone. The walls were paper thin and parking is an issue. All in all good bit not great

This place was very spacious & peaceful. It was perfect for my wife & I plus our two kids. The continental breakfast was good enough to send us full & energized to Disneyland. They even provide a shuttle to Disneyland. This is going to be our place of choice to stay whenever we go to Disneyland from now on. 💯

The rooms were good. They only gave 1 wash cloth but quickly brought more when asked. I wish there was a door at the sink center so the light doesn't bother other people trying to sleep

Nice rooms, but lacking in a few other ways. Most of the employees were very friendly. The wifi did not reach my room, so if I wanted wifi I had to go towards the main office. The breakfasts were decent, but nothing special and at peak times there was little food and the tables were full. The shuttle to Disneyland is a van, not a bus, so it fills up very quickly. The driver was certainly not listening to music I wanted my kids to hear. My biggest problem was when I decided to extend my stay one day. I asked the lady at the office if I could extend my stay one day and she told that would be no problem and I was "good to go". When I went to check out they told me that last night (a Thursday night) was $20 more than the first two nights. If they had told me this when I first asked to stay an extra night this would be alright, but they did not do so. To their credit, when I persisted in telling them they did not inform me of the extra charge they reduced the cost of that extra night to the same cost as the earlier two nights.
