We usually stay here for our kids BJJ tournaments. Our club card gold status gets us a room upgrade, free bottles of water and hot breakfast for two. The property is very nice and staff always helpful.
Came in yesterday at 2:30. Explained I have been displaced for 2 weeks because of the Thomas fire. Paid for two nights. Check-in time was 3 and they literally make until exactly 3 for a room. Asked for best available rate being a Sherwood member. Still was charged over $20 per night more than the online rate. I was too frazzled to deal with it. Room was clean but dated. Bathroom small. Bathroom toilet ran all night. Breakfast buffet this morning was substandard. Sausage still pink and raw. Eggs cold. Hoping tonight/morning will be better.
UPDATE. 3:45 Saturday and still.no housekeeping serviceTIP, chef salad at the Starbucks is half the price of the hotel's.
Went here to attend our company's holiday party. Hotel itself is beautiful, nicely decorated for the holidays, well lit, it looked cheerful and clean. There were other companies having there own events. This hotel has a lot of function rooms. With the influx of high number of guests, the restrooms needs to be checked more frequently for cleanliness. Parking was horrendous! The hotel could have put up some signs to guide guests where are other parking spaces since their lot was full.
This is a great venue. Excellent service. Central location. Buts up to a mall and concert venue. Near the freeways for easy access and egress. Some of the best beds I have slept in. The staff always goes an extra mile. Great place to chill.
Very nice hotel. Rooms clean and comfortable. Nice fitness, pool and continental breakfast. Starbucks coffee outlet. Very friendly front desk employees.
Hallway noise from other guests can be heard off and on, along with hearing guests in rooms next door.
The Sheraton has the most comfortable beds and pillows, but they are WAY overpriced. I signed up for the rewards program but never get any points because they don't give them to you unless you book directly. This trip they didn't even include breakfast and I only used the room for 5 hours.
Very nice hotel right in the heart of Cerritos. I was overnight for a business meeting and this place did not disappoint. Super comfortable king mattress. Free water in the room seems like a silly perk but I love it. I will definitely be back.
Nice staff, super refreshing fruit-infused waters in the lobby, WiFi, great breakfast, and the hotel is walk-accessible to all the corporate stores and restaurants. Everything seemed centralized and easy to get to; even the bar and business center is Right There. Instead of a big parking garage and a long walk from car to room, parking is right outside the hotel in a lot. It wasn't a big deal for me, but the pool area was kind of small and not spectacular. One little thing I loved about our room was that the window opened about 4-6 inches, allowing us to hear the fountain sounds outside. Extra soft towels, extra soft and cool-to-the-touch sheets, and the fluffiest pillows really made my day and I slept well.
This hotel is nice and it's in a great location. Let me start with the rooms. The rooms, for the most part, feel very clean and there's nothing out of the ordinary about them, which is a good thing in my opinion. Probably my least favorite thing about the room is the popcorn ceiling since it kinda makes the room feel a touch outdated. The staff here is nice but I only talked to them while checking in. I don't think they would give us any problems though. Finally, the location of the hotel is great. It's right next to this big shopping mall which is very convenient. Also, the area it's in is never that crowded and it's right next to the 91 freeway. In summary, if this hotel is convenient to stay at, I would definitely stay here.
Here for a work conference and dinner. Parking was sufficient and location is near the 91 freeway and convenient to locate. A nice hotel with good dinner service.
Got a 2 full bed room on a website where you bid your rate. I think they must give these rate winners their worst rooms. Wallpaper all over the room was dirty. There was a lot of mold in the grout lines of the shower. There was no fridge or microwave. The bed was not comfortable. Oh, and the fitted sheet on our bed was put on inside out. The pillows were great, the towels were fluffy. We were told by the front desk woman that there were no other rooms available.
Location was easy to get to. The room was clean. We had a west facing room and the air was not good until late at night and the mini fridge was cool but not cold (might be because it was sitting in direct sunlight. The staff was friendly and prompt. Room service ends at 11pm which was early for us. Parking was easy for a Sat as well. The breakfast buffet was simple but did have fruit, eggs meat and potatoes and pastries.
Visited the Sheraton Hotel in Cerritos for attending a jewelry exhibition. The hotel sports a calm and comfortable ambience which is sure to attract anyone in their first visit. I was impressed by the internal decor and the hospitality of the staff on duty. The conference rooms are spacious enough to host an event with an official/unofficial setting. They also have a bar on the ground floor where you can order to eat and drink and spend some quiet/alone time if needed. The overall impression was serene.
I was reluctant to stay here due to its proximity to the freeway. I was pleasantly surprised. It was quiet and elegant. Breakfast buffet was superb with wonderful made to order omelets. Don't be afraid to stay here. I will be staying here in the future when business brings me back..
