The restaurant had good food with quality service. Construction happening at the front entrance makes navigating the main floor a bit difficult. The pool area is nice and kept clean.

Very close to John Wayne. It was nice before the remodel, can't wait to see it after it's all done. Staff was very nice.

The location of this hotel is convenient being right across from John Wayne Airport. The downside of this is that if you are placed in a room facing the airport you will have the constant noise of jet engines. Rooms opposite the airport didn't have this issue. The hotel is nice and it was clean. It is under construction, but it didn't seem to affect our stay at all. Both rooms we were in had issues with water temperature fluctuation from hot to cold when using the shower and one room had a cracked toilet that was leaking. Otherwise, it was a great hotel and I would stay there again.

Attend events here regularly. The catering staff could do better when serving, as many times they miss bringing plates of food until others at the table are nearly finished eating. Better to have several servers attend to one table until done then proceed to another. Seems very chaotic at best usually. Refilling of water glasses would also be a nice gesture.

Our room was really nice, but one whole section of the hotel was closed for construction. Very nice area around the hotel. Jets are a bit loud flying out of the airport across the street!

Really enjoyed our stay! Comfortable linens and pillows, clean, and friendly staff. Being 6 months pregnant I was a little extra needy and the staff didn't make me feel bad for asking for extra accommodations. The parking area was a little crowded but I think that had to do with some recent construction.

The event I attended was in one of the ballrooms. It was very spacious and accommodating. The staff was friendly, and the food served was exceptional.

The hotel was in a nice location, though being next to the John Wayne airport it was noisy with the planes taking off. The rooms were ok. Very small. The TV quality was bad. No HDTV and no guide. The location of the TV was not good either. The location of the toilet paper was in the most inconvenient position. The bathtub faucet was also the most complex one. The service was good. The outdoor pool was heated and we'll maintained. Ample parking space. No complimentary breakfast.

Room was nice. They were renovating the main tower though. Staff was pleasant, especially our housekeeper! Our room looked great after our first night!! And she setup all of our children's stuffed animals on the bed! They thought it was so great!
