The bed is a bit too firm, and the chairs are a bit too soft, but overall it's a comfortable room.

Quaint, marvelous staff, wonderful Continental Breakfast. Poor parking, which should be expected in this part of Hollywood.

Horrible expeareance. They lie about the parking lot ,you have to park in the street and they are not responsible for your car.
The breakfast is the poorlest of all the hotels I stayed.
The staffa are rude ,specially the man who plays poker in the nigth period and doesn't care about the guests.

The hotel doesnt have a private parking lot. You must park your car in the streets nearby. And the hotel isnt responsible for loss and damages. Also, parking in the streets is permited only during the nights. During the day, parking is not allowed after 10AM. From 8 AM to 10 PM you are allowed to park only in onde side of the street. The permited side for parking changes according to the day of the week. This situation makes you wake up every day before 8AM to move your car to the other side the street If you couldnt find a correct place last night. Wake up every morning worried about avoid a fine is terrible when you are in vacations.
Also, the breakfast is very very poor. I have been in California for 13 days in a lot of diferent hotels and this was the worst of all.

Just to be honest, if this place was not in the middle of such a busy area, it would not get 4 stars. The rooms were ok, the service was ok, and the breakfasts were free, but just ok. Don't expect luxury, but for the price in this location, I would stay there over and over again. Parking is another trouble here, so don't expect it to be easy.

Nice rooms on a quiet corner. Parking is ROUGH though. Doors on the rooms are kind of flimsy.

Street parking in a residential neighborhood not good for a wheelchair. Narrow brick ramp heavy old door to hold open and push wheelchair through. Very dirty carpets, if walked in socks or barefeet they were dirty immediately. Huge piece of tape on corner of window tiles as if holding tile on in bathroom. Daughter is extremely heat sensitive and ac unit was set as low as could go (60*) and it never was cool enough for her and it definately wasn't near that ever. We need another hotel after surgery but we will not be returning here.
