Staff was very friendly and took great care of my family. The rooms were nice, clean and close to our destinations. I definitely will stay there again when in Cincinnati. Also recommend to others

Location is great. Staff is cordial and helpful, but atmosphere could be more professional. Having staff congregate around reception to visit together is probably not the best greeting for arriving guests. Floors, elevator were dirty and littered. Everything was okay but could be excellent with a little care and attention.

I can't think of better place to go uptown Cincinnati. This is a diamond in the dirt. Easy access in and out, plenty of parking with an easy and obvious front entrance. Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable of the city and current events throughout the city. Elevators are fast and stable, whole place is well maintained and it is somewhere I feel safe sleeping at night. I'll be staying here again as soon as the need arises and will recommend to everyone as well.

The hotel was fine. It was nice having a mini store right near the front desk for forgotten items. The room was clean. We were a little disappointed that the pool wasn't heated, it was a bit chilly. Overall not a bad stay

Absolutely awesome staff! Our TV remote wasn't working and just for that, they upgraded us to the best suite available. Everyone that works here is very friendly. The building is very clean throughout. I felt safe staying here. I would highly recommend staying here for your visit

Great breakfast! Staff friendly and super helpful. But of a dodge area but close to the zoo and hospital and nice walk to grocery store and cvs. Rooms huge and clean.

Rooms are always nice and clean. Breakfast is complementary and fresh. Other than having to pay for parking, i enjoy regularly staying here.

Great hotel, very clean. Conference rooms are perfect for business meetings. Also a great place to stay if you are visiting your kids in college at UC. It's right on campus.

The staff was pretty efficient, the rooms were clean and quiet (which is impressive due to how many hospitals are in the vicinity and there are constant ambulances driving by). The breakfast left a bit to be desired. I disagree with having to pay for parking if you're an overnight guest though Why not build that cost into the room fee?

Clean, modern hotel. They overbooked and upgraded us to a suite room at no extra charge. They had a nice pack n play for our 1 year old to sleep in that had sufficient padding and a fitted sheet. Our room was also quiet and did not hear other guests around us. I do wish the parking was cheaper and not open to the public though. There's no guarantee that a spot will be available for you to use since it is shared by the public.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well designed. There wasn't anything special about the hotel but there wasn't anything wrong with it either. It's exactly what a Hampton Inn should be. Note that there are two Hamptons on the same street. One at 3204 Vine St and one at 3024 Vine St. Make sure you go to the right one!

This hotel is fantastic. The service is phenomenal, facility is clean, and location is great. It's not far from the zoo so it was a great place to stay with our young family. We stayed in a King Studio which was only $10 more per day than a regular room. The additional space was well worth it as our little one had plenty of room to run around and play. Parking is $9/day but that is hard to avoid when you stay in the heart if the city. The only complaint we had was the pool. There wasn't a hot tub and the pool was very cold. We talked to the front desk and they said they did not control the pool temperature. We had planned to swim each night, but there was no way we could enjoy it in water that felt right at 80 degrees at best and should be at 85. Overall a great stay but it was unfortunate that our evening plans of swimming couldn't be enjoyed

Nice clean rooms. Close to the UC campus. Doesn't have room service or a restaurant inside. They have a pantry with frozen food and snacks. My room did not have a fridge or microwave. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. For the free breakfast, there's a waffle bar and some hot food options (eggs, sausage, etc) that change daily. There is sushi restaurant right outside. Laundry room with coin op machines. No detergent options.

The hotel is located close to campus and in walking distance to a lot of cool stuff including a great concert venue (Bogart's). The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. I will stay again the next time I'm in that part of the city.

I have eaten here on two different occasions. Both times with friends who were out of town guests. The location was perfect. The food and service outstanding. Something delicious for everyone. Even children. The views of the riverfront were fantastic. Try it you'll love it!
