The front entrance and lobby was very nice and welcoming. When we got to our room our room keys didn't work, so we told the woman at the front desk and gave us new ones immediately. She was very kind and helpful. The room was very nice, and updated as well. Heat worked well, the bed was comfortable, and the shower pressure was great! The breakfast in the morning was also very good. I would stay here again if I'm ever in Cincinnati again.

We reserved two rooms for our family which included six children ages 16 down to 2 years old. We mainly slept and ate breakfast at the hotel as we had planned visits to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum during the day. Our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic with choices everyone could enjoy. We appreciated an affordable option that did not sacrifice quality. The entire family gave this LivINN hotel two thumbs up!

My boyfriend and I (we're from New Jersey) was in Ohio the last weekend in September, and we literally had no idea where we were going to stay. While driving through Cleveland heading to Cincinnati we found a room at this hotel! The rate was low, and we were able to get a king size bed. Not knowing anything about this hotel besides the reviews, we were amazed. The staff was super nice, the room was very clean, and spacious, and not the mention the wide variety of breakfast options. We loved it here. If we're ever visiting in Cincinnati again we will be staying here!!

Breakfast was decent. Eggs were nasty, but what can you do? Rooms were awesome and super clean. Definitely a deal for the money. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel with good location. Rooms were clean and nicely maintained. Could not utilize swimming or any other amenities due to time constraints but seems nice. Breakfast was good.

Wonderful hotel at a budget price! The complimentary free breakfast consists of a wide variety of foods. Make-your-own pancakes, yogurt, cereal, a variety of pastries, sausage, scrambled eggs, omelets, as well as biscuits and gravy allow most people to choose something to his/her tastes and preferences. The rooms are thoroughly clean and offer plenty of space. A mini refrigerator capable of storing three two-liter soda bottles and a carousel microwave are more than adequate for heating leftovers or preparing simple meals and snacks. Desk area with accompanying chair, drawers, two side-by-side mini closets, and a rather spacious counter allow for plentiful and organized storage opportunities. The beds consist of comfortable pillow-top mattresses, decent pillows, and satisfactory sheets and bedding in order to provide for a restful sleeping experience. Would definitely stay again if I found myself in the area!

This hotel was great!! We were traveling to northern Ohio but every hotel just south of Cincinnati was either booked solid or had 1 room left with an astronomical amount. So we went on into Cincinnati and found the LivINN hotel. It was very reasonably priced, super comfortable beds, and free breakfast in the morning. The room was very large and the bathrooms were great as well. It was an all over great experience! And a lifesaver!

Room was clean and Bed was extremely comfortable. Great price!! Only thing keeping from a 5 star was the door has to really be secured to ensure it locked.

Great 2-night stay and couldn't beat the price. Updated, clean room with ample places to plug-in electronics. Our King bed room had soft rocker-recliner, ultra-thin HD TV, and a small vanity/sink area outside of the bath/toilet area. Breakfast had a self-serve pancake machine, assorted pastries and breads, biscuits and gravy, sausage, and assorted eggs (omelette, scrambled). Loud people in the hallway and very crowded breakfast on Sunday morning were the only drawbacks. Tried a Priceline unpublished deal and it worked out!

There's nothing not to love anout this hotel. No, it isn't a name brand hotel, however it is clean, safe, modern, very comfortable, has excellent staff, and a wonderful continental breakfast. The beds are wonderful. Always a clean place to stay the night. I nearly always chose this place when I am passing through Cincinnati. Thank you, LivINN for being an amazing home away from home for this gypsy.

Even though this hotel is not as expensive as some of the other big name hotels in North Cincinnati, it's still pretty nice. It's a bit older, but they've done a good job with updates and the staff was absolutely great. The breakfast was good, the rooms were comfy and overall it was a pleasant stay.
