We were going to see a Cincinnati Bengals game and needed a hotel that was within walking distance so we wouldn't have to pay for parking. We arrived to a very helpful staff who guided us on where we were to park and when our room would be ready. We really didn't know what to expect after getting this one bedroom suite for $99. We were pleasantly surprised to come into a clean room that included a living room, a kitchen, and a bedroom. And people are complaining about it being outdated but for what you get and the price you pay, I really don't care about the decor, as long as it is clean! We had all the amenities we needed to stay there for two days. One of the days that we were there, we went down to the hotel café. The food was good and reasonably priced. If we are in Cincinnati again, we will definitely stay again!

Everything was great except house keeping. There were cobwebs in corners and black all over the walls and ceiling from dust build up over time. It could easy be wiped away with a swiffer duster or just a rag. The tile in the tub had lots of black from mold growing that could be taken care of easily if it wasn't built up over time of lazy cleaning. The kitchen floor was very sticky every where and there was a spot of dirt on the bed comforter. There was lots of dust built up on the carpet in corners and around things on the floor such as the lock box in our closet. Very nasty and noticeable. It's not difficult to use vaccum attachments to reach those areas or just move things around. I'm glad we were only there one night.

Very friendly service. The rooms are very large but dated. Bedroom had an old tube television but the living room had a large LG flatscreen. Rims have complete kitchens. Looks like the place hasn't been updated since the 1970's but overall a good place for the price. Thanks

Rooms were spacious but in need of updating. Hotel staff were very friendly, but we did have issues getting the right room. First we were given a 1 bedroom suite when we had paid for 2 bedrooms. Then later we discovered that the couch did not pull out to a bed and had some issues in getting a roll away bed. The front office staff were very pleasant in helping to sort out the issues.

Great location and the room was clean although the hotel could definitely use an update. The price was great for the location and the amount of space you get (I got a suite for a cheaper price than regular rooms at nearby hotels). They do have their own parking lot but parking is $6 per day, I'm not sure how this compares to the surrounding area. Getting into the hotel from the parking lot is a bit of an adventure as you have to go through a short maze of hallways and stairs before you get back to the lobby. Overall a good experience.
