Rooms were very very clean. One of the cleanest rooms I've seen and I travel very often (3-4 days a week.) My only issue was housekeeping knocked despite me having a do not disturb sign. I was getting dressed and yelled that I had the sign up and she responded that it showed me as checked out. That was slightly annoying as it was an hour before the check out time. Not her fault but that was unusual for a Hyatt Regency in my opinion. Still, the room was very nice and I would absolutely stay here the next time I'm in Cincinnati as it has great proximity to restaurants, shopping and the stadium!

The suite I stayed in was very nice! Rooms are up to date and well finished. The bed and couch were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly. I will definitely stay again the next time I'm in town.

The hotel was well situated for anyone wanting to stay in downtown Cincinnati. The gentlemen at the front desk were very polite. However the valet was a little rude since I only needed to check in and was parking elsewhere. The room was a little small for what people pay to stay there and the beds weren't really comfortable. However, the tub was nice and low for my disabled mother and the water pressure was great.

Our room was nice and clean with an up to date modern interior.
Our room service breakfast wasn't quite right but we told the front desk. They were great! Our meal was comped and they walked us over to Starbucks and told us to get whatever we wanted! Great customer service!!!

Focused on the business traveler. My single king room had pretty small room, 2 drawers, a closet, chair, mini fridge, small desk, tv, and lots of electrical outlets. Nice views from the 21st floor. Very quiet. Wonderful breakfast buffet (not included in the room price). Friendly helpful staff.

My husband stayed there so few weeks ago. we went out to the casino around 7 pm and a man in lobby sitting on the couch starred at me and totally weirded me out. As we returned around 12 the same strange looking man was sleeping on the on the couch right when you walk in the hotel. I went to my room came back down to buy a drink and he was still sleeping all later out on the couch. My husband called the front desk because I was freaked out and they were extremely rude to him and told him they would as us to leave before they have him leave. We has reservation all weekend and on Saturday afternoon sure enough they asked us to leave because what had happened Friday night. I am not one to use the race card but in this situation I will The man on the couch was Arabic the front dest lady was black and the security officer was also black me and my husband are white. We did nothing but question why he was sleeping on the couch and if they could ask him to leave because I was freaked out. This is how this hotel handles this kinds of issues.

Beautiful hotel with a attentive staff. It was a busy weekend but everything was handled as quickly as they could. I will definitely be planning to stay there again.

    Generally the place is good

Got in after a night of festivities around town. And the only room service item available, was a tuna salad. In general the menu is restricted but good. But to have one option only is poor for a hotel that is of this quay

Had a happy hour with our real estate brokerage HER Realtors right after the OAR Convention. Drinks were very nice, and happy hour apps we're tasty! Nice, modern/contemporary style bar.

Overall the facilities were very nice, and the location is excellent. A few experiences tarnished my visit a bit, but I fully acknowledge it may have been partially circumstantial. It took well over an hour to check in, and some of the desk staff were a bit short (I do understand that it was a stressful situation). Apparently the hotel had been fully booked the night before and the night of my stay, and they were having difficulty prepping.

The room was noticeably cleaned in a rush -- a few of the room items hadn't been stocked. The refrigerator wasn't functioning, but we were able to use the ice machine and cooler we brought. I got a surprise authorization charge on my card as well. While I was asked for my card number for incidentals, the clerk who asked didn't mention the $50 charge in the interim.

All in all, a nice hotel, but my experience was a little underwhelming. Perhaps better when not under pressure.

A very convenient hotel to the convention center (basically across the street) with excellent rooms and service. The indoor pool was a nice treat after a long day. The rooms were fairly spacious though our room didn't have a lot of drawer space (we were there for a week). Over the Rhine is a fairly short walk, and there are the trolley/shuttle stops nearby.

The lobby area was clean, modern, and a friendly staff was helpful when we needed assistance. They had complimentary fruit infused water, and other perks available directly in the lobby. The hotel is up to date and much nice than neighboring hotels. Would definitely recommend.

Took my dog there since they claim to be 'pet friendly.' Asked for a good place to walk the dog and the staff sent me three blocks to the north to a 'park.' It was a city street with no grass to be found. They should have sent me to a 'pet park' by the Great American Ballpark. For being 'pet friendly' there is certainly no place "close by" to walk a dog.

I attended a fundraiser at the hotel. The hotel is located in the downtown area of the city of Cincinnati and is convenient to shopping, restaurants, Fountain Square and the Convention Center. Overall my experience at the Hyatt, albeit for the limited purpose for which I was there, was a good one. The services, including parking, banquet room and food were all great. Overall, I have no complaints and would recommend the Hyatt for such events.
