The classic Art Deco architecture exterior and beautiful interiors in its dinning areas, bar and 3 ball rooms. Excellent, top shelf taste in dinning service and wait staff at your attention. A perfect local to celebrate something. Among the best food in Cincinnati at one of the best hotels too. Just visit to gaze at the decor. You'll return.

When I come to town for work, I stay here. I continue to come back because they remember me and my name. Beautiful hotel lobby . Love the history in this place. The food here is OK and what you can expect from a hotel restaurant. The rooms are nice , even better if you upgrade and move away from the elevators. ALWAYS ask for a room away from the elevator or you will hear it all night.

Hotel was very elegant and had an amazing lobby. I'm told the lobby restaurant is one of the best in the city, though I did not have a chance to eat there. Room was nice; it had an older feel but very comfortable. Very quiet at night. Staff was friendly and helpful.

It's a little fancy for my taste but my husband absolutely loved it. The staff was wonderful and the restaurants were superb. I give it 5 stars because of the service and location. The rooms are adequate and clean. It's an absolutely fabulous location though. And you must go to the Sunday brunch if you're there over the weekend.

We went to the Hilton Netherland Plaza because we are considering booking our wedding block of hotel rooms with them. The whole place was fantastic. The hotel has so much history and beautiful architecture. The lobby and bar areas are ornate, dramatic, and very well-kept. The rooms we toured were spacious and bright and we would be happy to have our out of town wedding guests stay there. The location is excellent. Just a block from Fountain Square and a few short blocks down to the riverfront.

Didn't stay here, was only in for a wedding. The staff was helpful and polite. The venue was nice and the food was very good and the service top notch. Only gripe is that the building is a little old (I believe it is a historic hotel), which means the decor is a little dated. Also the bathrooms were on the small side. None of that is be all end all. If the system allowed for it, is have given 4.9 stars.

We attended a wedding at the Netherland Plaza. Absolutely gorgeous venue, fantastic service (shout out to the amazing Madison!), and delicious food. Only one thing gave me pause, and that was that there wasn't a bathroom on the second floor, we had to go downstairs. Otherwise, fantastic time!

This is an absolutely gorgeous hotel that maintains a strong 1920s/30s aesthetic. Rooms can either be gigantic or a little smaller than expected, which I suppose isn't uncommon in an old downtown hotel, but is something to look out for. Service is fantastic and staff has always been very friendly in my visits. Air conditioner in the room can be loud.

Rooms are great, but staff does not answer questions, you are expected to know everything already. Example: Asked three people including dining services how much breakfast in the room was, no one answered my question at all and dining services told me to look on the tv, put everything in my cart that I wanted to purchase and figure it out from there. It is a flat rate I found out so, why not answer? 19% service charge that includes gratuity and $2.00 delivery charge. Needless to say I recommend a 0.2 Mike walk to first watch. Best breakfast place I've ever been. However, the hotel is gorgeous and they are quite accommodating beyond that. We got free champagne sent to our room simply because there was no toilet paper! I thought that was very kind and a bit crazy over toilet paper, but we gladly accepted the gift.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Cincinnati Netherland Plaza. My room was very nice. The hotel staff were all very professional and friendly. The dining and beverage service in the Orchid was fabulous. The hotel design is Art Deco and very nicely decorated throughout the hotel property. I used the health club and pool and enjoyed those amenities as well.

This hotel was very nice. The staff was friendly and pleasant to deal with. And the hotel was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do/see. Self parking was convinently attached to the hotel so we didn't have to go out in the down pour. The bathroom was a little tight but that is expected with a hotel in a city. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in town.

The hotel restaurant, Orchids at the Palm Court, is hands down the finest restaurant in Cincinnati. Cincinnati is known for fine cuisine (or at least was 10 or 15 years ago). The small central business district alone contains more fine restaurants than I can name including Chef Jean Robert's several establishments (including the Maisonette which held the record for consecutive years with a Mobile 5 star rating until its closure), The Palace, Salazar, Boca, Jeff Ruby's, L, The Phoenix, etcThat's just fine dining in the smallest of Cincinnati's 52 neighborhoods. Of you were to include a larger geographic area or more casual establishments, you still wont find better tasting food, a more inviting and luxurious atmosphere, or incredibly attentive waitstaff.

We went to the bar at the Palm Court for happy hour. It was a lovely experience! Not only is the building exquisite (an art deco masterpiece that every Cincinnatian should visit), but their happy hour features live music, great cocktails, and four dollar draft beers from an interesting assortment of local breweries. The bartenders were friendly and timely. Even the free bar snacks were tasty.

The elevators were very classy. The men at the lobby desk were extremely nice and helpful. (They even took our photo in a place they thought was good) The room where our party took place was amazing and the staff was polite. The food was absolutely delicious. I had a wonderful time here.

Prepare to travel back in time when you enter the threshold of this beautiful hotel. This is a hidden gem that I would not have expected to find in Cincinnati. The art work, architecture, and ambiance are anachronistic. Walking around the first four floors exploring the well thought out entertaining areas, I feel like I should be in a tuxedo expecting to see my Daisy as I turn the next corner.

Aside from the time travel, the experience at this hotel exceeded what I have come to expect from my already high standards of Hilton properties. The staff is as classy as the decor around them. Even as I took a self guided tour, a staff member came up to me and gave me a history of the place and shared little nuggets of trivia.

The guest rooms are very comfortable with all the modern amenities. The internet seemed fast and reliable. I will agree the only negative aspect of the building is the walls are thin. However, it has been a very quiet stay for the most part.

If you're looking for a romantic get away in Cincinnati, host a themed Gatsby party, or just want a comfortable place to lay your head for the night I'd highly recommend this hotel.
