Great hotel, with great amenities. Some areas could use an update with more modern decor. Nice small bar area. Beautiful dining area for buffet; cozy.

Conference room is nice and food is above average. Service and attention by staff were great. Only complaint is the air conditioning in the room is really loud and cycles on and off and is really noticeable in an otherwise quiet room when a speaker is presenting.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet (extra cost) was fresh and had lots of options. The room was mostly clean, but as I picked up the alarm clock, I noticed it stuck to the night stand. As I looked closer it looked someone spilled some grape juice or wine on it. I looked behind the night stand and there was residue on the wall as well. On a different note, the bathroom was sticky so I put a request into the front desk to make sure both issues were addressed during the daily cleaning since I was staying in the room for several days. Though the room was cleaned on two separate occasions while I was there the floor and night stand were not addressed. It was not a deal breaker for me, but in the end of a little disappointing.

Crown Plaza has nice, well-lit convention space and an absolutely gorgeous atrium. The hotel was well kept and easily navigable. Staff seemed polite and attentive. Would recommend.

The hotel looks and feels dated. The elevator that was right in front of my room felt like a 1969 haunted one. The door to my room didn't close correctly and one time I arrived to my room and noticed that housekeeping had left the door to my room open. That first night I took a shower the tub flooded. My room had stains on the floor and on the roof. Also, i was missing the little fridge to put my water and juice i had for my stay. The buffet, even though it was included in my package, was average at best. Eggs looked and tasted funny, every single time. Points to the waffle maker which made up for the lack of tasty eggs and good sausage.
Service wasn't all that bad. Front Desk was always nice and personnel around the hotel was friendly. I did get a small freebie which helped give it one more star. Fix the hotel a bit more and I'll update my info and give more stars.response / report this review -

Nice faculty that seemed a bit aged but overall well maintained. Staff was very helpful. Room was the smallest I've ever encountered in years. Bed was nice and comfortable. The sleep kit they provide for guests was very unexpected and very cool. Internet was the slowest I've seen in years. It took forever for simple pages to load. As an IT professional I told the front desk they should be blocking all streaming services or get faster connectivity. Breakfast the next morning was good as well. I'd certainly stay here again.

If you eat here, get the Reuben!! Room was everything you expect for a hotel. Was a little small but still, how much room do you need for one person? The bathroom was tight and needed some fixes but not horrible. Strangely, the towel rack was in the shower, so I had to move the towels to shelf in the common area to keep them dry. The fitness center was nice with everything you would need to get a good workout; still small and tight though. The food was great. One of the best Reubens I've ever had. The bar staff was very nice and accommodating. My main discontent comes from cleanliness. For the most part, everything was nice and clean, but there was some trash strung through the hall and when I got in my room there was a half empty cup of I'm assuming melted ice and soft drink. That was slightly off-putting. But overall not a bad place.

We were here for a convention and it used to be a great hotel however there are nice in some of the con rooms, the whole hotel smelled like chlorine because of the open pool, and the bed sheets were scratchy, thin and some of them had holes in them but were turned over so it wants seen initially. Not to mention the pillows were small and uncomfortable. I really hope the convention isn't here again but the breakfast and lunch buffet is very good!

Function space is limited. Service has been prompt, efficient, and friendly. Room is average, but no fridge. Location is convenient to substantial options for dining. Haven't tried the hotel restaurant, but I have food allergies and usually avoid the in house dining. Hard to make a breakfast when you can't eat most of what they put out.

Nice property. Clean hotel with an indoor pool area. Oddly placed pool in more or less the lobby area but still very nice. Friendly staff. Clean and modern rooms with plenty of lights and access to power outlets. Great location. Fridge in our room was very convenient.

This hotel was built in the eighties or at least that is my best guess from the looks of the condition and lack of modern amenities. The overall feel of the hotel was that it was on its last leg and was long overdue for some overhaul renovations. This also showed because the hotel was a virtual Ghost Town and from talking to family that lived near the hotel comma it is apparently frequented by sports teams and middle schools / high schools (who aren't the able to distinguish between what is an acceptable age of building in hospitality industry). Although I only spent time asleep in the hotel room I can't help but notice the lack of cleaning cleanliness and the old cobwebs behind every corner . On a positive note the staff was decent to us and the room was give her take around 70 degrees Fahrenheit

It it small, but kind of kitschy. I like some of the interior design. The biggest issue was there were no mini fridges in the rooms, which means we had to bring a cooler. It's also easy to get confused where to go because it's oddly shaped, but the signs are clear. A good stay overall, but the lack of fridges really killed some of it me. Also, we had two rooms, and though we arrived quite early, they were unable to place us next door to each other.
