Stayed one night on a short visit with Mom and sister. Super friendly staff, especially Robert. King room was clean and definitely big enough for 3 adults with pullout. Sliding door on bathroom took a little muscle to get closed/open - the handle on ours was about to fall off. Coffee in the lobby = my favorite part of Hampton Inn hotels! Overall nice and modern, would stay again!

Very friendly staff, extra nice and clean Hampton. I always stay in Hhonors properties because of the consistency of the experience, when you're away working it's nice to have a dependable experience with your accommodation and Hampton typically nails this. Oak Ridge Hampton I would certainly say is on par and even above average compared to the many I've visited.

Great place to stay! The Hotel Staff are very friendly and inviting and very knowledgeable about things to do in the area. The rooms are nice and clean and I loved the different positions on the showerhead! Wonderful! Also, The complimentary breakfast was awesome! This was my first trip to Oak Ridge and I'll definitely be staying at The Hampton Inn again when I return! Thank you for the amazing experience!

Stayed for a weekend during an event. Rooms are clean. Exercise room & pool are clean and working. Breakfast was always good. All the staff I encountered were very polite and helpful. This was my second time staying here.

The rooms were good - what is to be expected. But the customer service was excellent. Matt (I think) was friendly and very helpful. One of the people in our party was sick and he even offered to go buy some medication for us after he got off work. Far above and beyond the expectations of a hotel staff member.
