Can hear guest above us. Thermostat is either hot or freezing. Convenient to airport, Knoxville and Maryville. Very nice staff.

After staying at the Country Inns and Suites in Seffner, FL I did compare this one. And by no means did it add up to the one in Florida. This one is very outdated. Even the locks on the doors were very tricky and hard to get open. I called and booked the room about 10pm and requested a shuttle from the Tyson McGhee airport in Knoxville and though they arrived in a very timely manner, the driver did not utter one word the entire drive back to the hotel. It made things very uncomfortable and I felt unsure whether this was a friendly trip or if he was just very annoyed to have had to pick me up. The breakfast was fair. Same as every country inns and suites. Waffle maker. Cereal. Yogurt with granola and frozen/fresh raspberries. Oatmeal. Danishes and bagels. Scrambled (microwaved) eggs and red potatoes. The ones you eat at dinner time. Lol but it worked. I would stay here again. As it was quiet and very clean.

Breakfast was ok, ended early at 9. Maid staff never cleaned. There were bugs in our room the whole time. When the maids set off the fire alarm at 3am, the night manager was mad that I so rudely interrupted her doing nothing to ask if were in danger. Rooms had an odd smell, like a musty moist smell, like they tried to clean the carpets but left the water. There are cobwebs in the room. I tried to submit photos of this but google won’t let me post.

    —Edit—

After multiple complaints about bugs the night staff, refused to do anything about the issues and refused to talk with me. The night attendant told me that there was nothing he could do, he said that there was not a single room to switch to; when I called the corporate they said that there was in fact rooms. He flat out lied.

Would stay here again. Clean room. Friendly staff. Only two complaints. First, parking was crazy. There wasn't enough of it so people were parking anywhere and everywhere. Second, the chlorine level in the pool was painfully high. My husband and children only swam for about 10 minutes and had to stop because their eyes were burning. I could smell the chlorine on them when they got back to the hotel room. My son's eyes were still red the next morning. My husband seconded the fact that it was painful. Also, there was another layer of disappointment because my son was especially excited about the pool. He loves to stay in a hotel (he's 6 y.o.) and was thrilled about the indoor pool (since we could swim no matter the weather). So it was especially disappointing that the pool was unusable because he was really looking forward to it. Other than the crazy parking situation and the high chlorine, we had a great stay.

Stayed at this hotel last night and it was the most horrible place I have ever been and that's being nice. The room smelled musty, the carpet was wet in front of the refrigerator. I also got to listen to the constant drip of the bathtub faucet. And as far as having a nice hot shower.. all I can say is the water was hot but I have more water pressure in my garden hose. Would never go back there or recommend to anyone. Very displeased. Desk clerk last night offered to change our room but we were already unpacked and the morning desk clerk just said sorry about your bad experience. It's a disgrace that my son spent his last night in the states in such a place before going overseas in the military 😡

We got in really late and Nate, at the desk, came right over to the airport and got us and was super helpful during check in. This is a no frills hotel so we weren't expecting too much. The blanket in one of the beds had a cigarette burn, but other than that the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent and they were quick to get us back over to the airport when we asked.

The staff were excellent! Every one of them were amazing! We were very disappointed in our room when we got there but the staff did everything they could to improve it and more. Because of the staff members we will be going back. The hotel itself is nice but needs work. The breakfast was awesome! The pool was nice but the hot tub needs cleaned badly.

When checking in, the outer appearance looked great. Once getting inside my room, everything was clean and smelled good. I instantly felt comfortable.

We were on the first floor in a handicap room. The breakfast area is too small and the breakfast is typical. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Pool was small but nice.

This is a middle of the line hotel. Not too bad to spend a night. Things were clean and comfortable.

I made a reservation a month in advance plus paid in advance when I went to check in I was informed they had no internet no TV nothing and it had been out for days. I was staying the night to be at airport very early I needed internet to do my job they told me to read a book for entertainment really and refused to even give me a discount. The reservation was though Expedia all they told me was it was there problem. Luckily I found another motel but had to pay a very high price. Never again will I stay there.

I love staying here when I travel. They have very comfortable rooms with microwaves and small refrigerators. The price is always great. They offer a hot breakfast, have a pool and hot tub and a fitness center. The staff is wonderful!!!
