Very nice hotel. Clean rooms, up-to-date accommodations. Location is close to downtown, with other locations easily accessible by highway. The bar tender (Skooter) was very friendly.

Really nice hotel right in downtown Louisville. Very good breakfast and other amenities. Nice, quiet rooms. Surrounding area isn't the nicest but a couple blocks away is the main downtown area with plenty to see and do.

Nice rooms, but our air conditioner didn't work very well. Free breakfast was cool, though the food was pretty bland. Also, not the hotels fault but there was some kind of swim competition going on, so there were many (20+) kids under 10 with not enough chaperones. They were running around doing whatever they wanted, especially at breakfast it was chaos.

The hotel is very walkable to attractions in downtown Louisville. The room was clean, comfortable, and affordable, and it came with a free drink ticket at the lobby bar. I assumed it would only be good for a domestic beer, but I got a nice pour of local bourban, and the bartender and patrons were great company.

I have stayed at this Hampton several times and still think it is normally one of the better value for the price. Bit this cost was a mixed bag Pros: Reception staff are consistently excellent and one of the best things about this hotel. This visit didn't disappoint. Breakfast is better than average for this price range. Cons: There were a prior guests curly hairs in the shower/tub. The vanity sink stopper was broken.

The room was clean and well maintained however it smells like a high school football locker room. I actually had to go to the drug store twice because regular air freshener didn't cut it. Great proximity to the hospitals but ambulance sirens all night long didn't make sleep come easy. Good thing I packed my ear plugs.

To be fair the facility is under renovations currently but I'm a frequent Hampton Inn visitor and this may be the worst. One plus is they have a bar in house but not many positives to report on this stay.

My group of 8 stayed last night and the staff was amazing! Very accommodating! Rooms were very clean and the beds we comfortable! The breakfast was delicious and coffee was wonderful! I highly recommend this hotel! Best part was how friendly the staff Was!

We stayed on the 4th floor. The room was in working order and everything was clean. Parking in the lot satisfactory. Breakfast was very good and there were quite a few rooms to sit in and eat. It was a little bit busy as the hotel was full that day. All of the staff I dealt with were courteous and friendly.

Great place to stay when you are going to the hospital here in downtown Louisville and the rooms are nice. I stayed in the handicap accessible room last night for the first time and they have work to do there. Sink is 1970 porcelain and standard height. Old shower and the door almost hits the toilet. I'd say it would be hard to navigate in a wheelchair so ask them to look at that. The downstairs meet and greet area is amazing. Staff equally so. Large meeting rooms.

Overall our stay at the hotel was okay. I normally stay at the Sheraton Inn but decided to try this hotel for the location of it. Our keys didn't work and when getting new keys, only one of the two keys ended up working. The room was very small and the AC unit didn't work until the maintenance man (Corey) came to fix it. Corey was very friendly and was professional in fixing the AC unit. I was also caught of guard when I checked in and found out the parking a car in the lot for the night would be $10. Even though the location was great, I would probably look for another hotel when I go back to Louisville.

“Excellent experience all the way around!”
We ended up staying here because our son-in-law was in the hospital which was a couple of blocks away. The accommodations were excellent! The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar had an extensive selection of food items. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to any needs or questions that arose. It is conveniently located to eateries..
