The friendliness of the staff here is astonishing. They were not just courteous, they changed my mood from sour to happy.
I arrived to check in at 3am and the front desk woman was radiant. She told me I looked like Katy Perry and that breakfast was available in 2 hours. An angel of the darkness. The beds and bathroom were clean and comfortable. We were right by the elevator and were still not disturbed by noise. Will def stay here again especially if flying out of Hartsfield Jackson.

Excellent value for the price. You can pay a lot more to stay in DC or you can stay in College Park at a decent inexpensive hotel with clean quiet rooms and complimentary breakfast. About 1-1.5 miles from Greenbelt metro depending upon your route.

The rooms were clean and the facilities were nice - HOWEVER, there were MULTIPLE times that the hotel had events in the conference/event room that were insanely loud. It was particularly problematic that the event room was directly beneath the guest rooms. (Quinceañeras on Friday/Saturday night and church services on Sunday morning.) Also, the fire/heat sensor went off close to midnight because the dance was overcrowded and the hotel was evacuated when the alarm went off. The manager seemed oblivious to alerting guests that we could come back in after the fire department came. Probably fine during the week - but stay away on the weekend if you need to sleep. Three stars for cleanliness and proximity to Greenbelt station.

It was a pretty good hotel, clean and nice. the breakfast was free and was good for a small hotel although it ends at 10am. I had a bit of a problem with the cards to open the doors and the pool didn't look that good but other than that everything was fine. No big complaints. Not a lot of parking either.

Kind of a small Hampton Inn, but comfortable. The front desk staff is great. The gym could use some higher quality equipment, but it's usable.

Nice but some issues like the blinds in my room had fallen down and no one noticed it? For $160 a night I thought that would be the last thing I'd see. I had the king with jacuzzi and will say the beds were NOT up to my Hampton standards so they need to step up. I will stay in another hotel unless I see different reviews going forward indicating changes.

The rooms were nice and the one I stayed in (king size bed) had a fridge. It looked like there was a decent gym and pool.

Nice hotel. Not to far from D.C. Conveniently located across the road from grocery store and IHOP. The only real downside is the parking is severely limited. If you get in late there may not be a single parking spot left.
