For a retail store IKEA always seems to keep a clean environment and the store is well organized, same goes for this location, with so much to look at, organization helps.

I prefer this location, well any IKEA really, to visit during the week and not the weekends, less crowds, weekends tend to be packed..

Last visit I misplaced my receipt for some returns, the return policy and customer service in store made my return painless, they just gave me store credit.

Gave 4 stars only because it's hard to find employees if you have questions about things, otherwise overall great experience every visit.

Great demo floor and inventory racks are well organized. I did take 2 stars off for lack of staff in multiple areas when we needed help. When we did find someone, I had to go through 3 other departments and then get rerouted twice to the people who should have been there. Busy staff is totally acceptable, missing staff is a different issue. Retail is rough, what can I say. At the end of the day I bought 2 grand worth of stuff and it seemed decent quality.

I always end up spending more than I plan to. I have an interesting thought about assembling Ikea furniture. It's either getting easier or it all goes together the same way. It's comfortable it holds up to to the kind of use I give it and I'm glad I have it most of the time.

Very easy to see. It's right off of 495. Everything is clearly marked. It's very easy to see prices and to find where things are in the warehouse. The people are very helpful both when you are looking for something and putting it into your car. There is a children's play area if you want to drop your child off to play while you shop around. They also have two food courts. One upstairs and one by the exit. Their softserved ice cream and meatballs are the best and they are super inexpensive

This is my go to place to relax and grab a peaceful cheap meal. Not to mention healthy. The furniture is great as well. Good prices. Helpful associates

Great place. I love to go there just to look. Ikea has a lot of cleverly designed furniture that is functional and stylish. The kitchen, bath, lighting departments are fun to browse through. The stainless steel pots are so well designed that I prefer them over All-Clad. Prices are reasonable to top it off.

Not far from DC and conveniently located with ample packing. The shelves are well stocked and the staff beyond helpful. It also worth stopping by their Cafeteria; the food is decently priced, but delicious.

Easy to get to, right off of route 1. Helpful staff. Great selection and a great place to come for ideas. Checkout is always quick and the whole place is well maintained and clean. Parking is easy. It gets VERY busy though. Don't expect to be able to park right next to the store. Don't forget about the parking garage though, as a lot of people seem to.

This IKEA is awesome. It has a large, clean, and very nicely designed food court area upstairs with good food for cheap. It also wasn't very crowded when we went, and everything was clean and organized nicely.

Another thing I loved about this IKEA is that it has a huge solar array on the roof so they can use solar energy (and I think they had some wind turbines too).

The rest is a typical IKEA. Great prices, great design, and a huge selection. Parking is also a piece of cake with a huge lot right out front.

Get a quick breakfast one half hour before official store opening. Potty trained kids can play for a while in the play space under employee supervision while you shop. Store map and paper measuring tape strips provided. Test drive most furniture and cabinets in store. Take home same day. I kept my IKEA furniture all through graduate school and now my kids have their own IKEA furniture in their rooms. Great prices. Small selection of fabric and beautiful plants. LOTS of parking space in front and rear. Not too far from U of MD or HWY 495.

The staff members were friendly and helpful, when I could flag one down. Although the merchandise is a bargain, the whole process for me was one mishap after another. A couple of examples: I waited over 30 minutes in the store just for the simple order (4 items) to be put in (not counting the checkout line). Also, the delivery men came 5 hours early (a problem only because I wasn't home), and when we did finally arrange to get the delivery (after having to reschedule--NOT our fault), one of the items was omitted and one was the incorrect item. We had to call, wait 10 minutes to get a case number, and are now waiting 48 hours so "someone can call [us] back to resolve this matter."

We don't have IKEA in New Zealand so this was a must go store for me on our trip. The product range is staggering and add to that the simple Swedish design is really what makes this store appealing. I was excite to use my IKEA app in store and buy items that I have been wanting that were easy to carry and put into my suit case. I will definitely come back to shop the next trip.

Has what you need, showcases a lot of the things anyone on a budget is looking for. They don't seem to care about asking you if you need help. I don't mind that because I have no issue asking for help. But if you like service where they check on you or make effort in getting you what you need, this won't be for you. Other than that parking is plenty, always clean inside. Has a food court area upstairs and down.

This was my first time at an IKEA. College Park is the closest one to me, but is still an hour and a half away. We made it a family day trip. I was able to drop 2 of my children of at the day care for an hour (no cost). There are household goods available for every budget. I found several things we weren't looking for. Love the children's section (can you say Christmas). What I loved the best were all the options for storage. Something that can fit in any space. Can't wait to go back This time without the kids!
