Nothing extraordinary; didn't stay there, so can't review the rooms and amenities. The Continental breakfast was about on par though with the Best Western we stayed at.

Very nice, recently renovated, nice staff And one glaring problem. The bathroom doors are barn hung, with rollers above, outside the bathroom. There is no way to lock them at all. There is no way to get rid of the half inch gap you can see through between the door and the wall. Basically if you walk to that end of the hotel room, you can see 90 percent of the bathroom. And you can hear 100 percent from anywhere. I stayed here for work and shared the room with a coworker. It was a bit awkward. I won't be back.

The shuttle driver was phenomenal! Chris was so polite, helpful, and prompt. Best customer service I had ever received from a Shuttle service driver. Very impressed and I will be back to this hotel just because of him!

Hotel is in great condition. This was my first experience using my phone as a room key. It takes about 15 seconds to unlock, but was really simple!

Location is great. Room layout not so great. In the one bedroom suite, the bathroom door is only a sliding door, no lock, and is connected to the bedroom. So people sleeping on the foldout couch have to disturb the others to get there. Also, the rooms don't have a fridge, which I would expect at this price point and for a suite. There are lots of cabinets in the kitchen area, but no fridge/stove leaves me wondering what I'd use them for.

Awesome experience in this hotel! My kids loved it and breakfast was excellent! Nice and clean rooms and the whole area was very nice. Over all, best place to stay in Charleston👍🏽

Absolutely LOVED my stay here! Gourmet Breakfast in the mornings, VERY friendly staff who are very accommodating, as well as nice clean rooms! If you're looking to stay in Charleston but you don't necessarily want to deal with the hassles of downtown, this is an amazing choice at about the same price or less than downtown hotels that offer the same things. Did I mention it's also a great area? It is beautiful!

Very clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was really good and had variety of foods.

Hotel is nicely remodeled. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Their breakfast is awesome as well. A sled serve buffet with home cookwd food. Overall, I would recommend and visit again.
