Room is unbelievably clean and set up perfectly. Team representative (CORY)on night shift 11/12/17 provided great cusyomer service and should be recognised by management for an outstanding job. As always another great stay at a Marriott property. Keep up the good work

Friendly staff, the room was very clean. I would stay again. Breakfast bar was great. Staff was constantly cleaning up spills and refilling food.

    BED BUGS!
They will Not refund you. Talking to locals: they are notorious for bed bugs. We were staying in a handicap room with a service dog when we noticed bugs running back into the headboard from under the pillows. We took pictures and showed the desk but they said they'd have to get their "own inspector"and cannot refund us. I WORK A POLLINATOR REHABILITATION FARM. I have an exceptional knowledge of insects. This is a Public Health concern. I am utterly disgusted at their disregard for their patrons wellbeing. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

This is nice hotel. Very new new and modern. It's quick to get to downtown Charleston but close to the airport. Free breakfast and good linens. I would stay again.

I loved it here! The rooms were great and my children had plenty of space to play with there toys. The rooms were clean and whatever I needed was provided at the front desk. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. I will come again.

Very nice hotel. Its off the main road so not as much traffic. The pillow top beds were super comfortable and the breakfast buffet was terrific. My only complaint would be the pool. Its about the size of a large bathtub, but everything else is fantastic.

Great place with very helpful staff. Breakfast was excellent and very organized. Usually parents have their kids all over the place, but with momma cooking and organizing everything was run so smooth. We will be back.

The Springhill Suites is a great stay, whether you're staying for a few nights or a week. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful with whatever your needs may be. Our room was very nice and clean. The only thing that I didn't like about the Hotel was the location it is in. It isn't the hotels fault necessarily but the neighborhood is very poverty stricken and drug oriented. People found syringes on the street and there was a Meth Lab down the street in a nearby hotel. Not saying you shouldn't stay at this hotel but I would definitely think about the location and part of town.

I'm actually happy the sleepover didn't happen at this hotel on the night I stayed there. Past experience with school age kids and parties seems they are there to scream in the pool area until they get chased out around eleven pm. In a perfect world Mom would have kept a handle on things. Two things- Most hotels have a policy prohibiting such things unless it has an indoor water park, and Mom should have told the hotel the intent of the rental and perhaps avoided the whole incident. Maybe she did and miscommunication occurred.
BTW- If you are a light sleeper bring your earplugs if your room faces the highway direction. Everything else makes me ready to come back when I am in town. Sure beats the exorbitant rates of downtown Charleston.

Very nice hotel. We stayed there because I have always had a great experience with Marriott hotels and this one lived up to the name. Larger then normal room size with a convenient little kitchenette area. Also the staff was exceptionally nice and took into consideration all the kids in the hotel when they selected our room away from them and the noise.
