Excellent, clean location. Friendly staff and well maintained grounds. Not much going on in the area except Bass Pro Shop, and more importantly Barber Motorsports Park.

Super clean and it has this really cool motorcycle at the entrance, which was a little different for you average chain hotel. Super close to shopping and it there was snow on the ground at the time which made it that much nicer.

We stay at this hotel several times per year for events at Barber Motorsports Park. The hotel is always clean and the staff is friendly. What I really want to tell everyone is that this hotel goes the extra mile to treat its customers right. During a recent surprise snowstorm in Atlanta, eight of us could not get out of town in time to beat the storm. When we called the Hampton , they gladly cancelled our rooms ( 2 nights) with no charge, even though they technically could hit us for one night. This reduced our storm costs considerably..Thank You Hampton Leeds

Beautiful, clean, comfortable! Our standard king room was roomy enough and had basic amenities. The bed was comfortable and the pillows amazing. The walk in shower was large with good pressure and nice hot water. Breakfast in the morning offered a great variety with everything from biscuits and gravy to sausage and scrambled eggs to waffles with toppings. Fairly priced, will definitely stay here again!

Clean, quiet, but ADA room is too far from entrance. Makes no sense for a handicap accessible room to be that far from the exit, or even upstairs! Think about itin case of fire the elevator won't work. Anyone in a wheelchair is stuck.

I stay at Hampton Inn and all different kind of Hilton's because I generally have a wonderful experience cleaning rooms and nice people. I also enjoy using the Hilton Honors but at this particular location Not only was I told I couldn't use them what I was told in a rather rude way. I would not recommend this particular Hampton until the Staff has a better attitude and a greater understanding of being under the Hilton flag

The service for this hotel was amazing! Everyone was so nice and the room was very clean. The cleaning staff did an amazing job of making the room look JUST like when we FIRST went in day-1. Hampton Inn got a customer for life in me!

After shopping at the Outlet Mall decided to stay here since it's only 5 minutes down the road. Great place!!! Very clean, fast easy check-in, modern decor, and friendly helpful staff! And the complimentary breakfast was awesome!! The kids made there own waffle!! Plenty to choose from!! The only complaint is no food places near by to grab something to eat!!. would definitely stay again!!!

Very nice and convenient to Barber Motorsports Park. One thing that is annoying is the lighting in the rooms. Very dim with a different light switch for every lamp. You have to walk around the room to turn on each lamp, and still have a dimly lit room.

After entering my room I found there was no lounge chair or sofa. I was told only the suite has seating other than bed or desk. I was refused an upgrade which should be guaranteed to diamond members if available, which it was. It was available to rent for $60 more per night for my 3 nights. I told the clerk I was going to find another hotel that offers this basic comfort. He told me "that's fine but they're probably gonna charge you for tonight". I told him they better not charge me. All I did was look at the room and determined I was not satisfied. You have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy . He told me "I'm just saying"… Where has hospitality gone?

Overall, the best Continental Breakfast I've ever had at any hotel I've ever stayed. The attendant for the breakfast was extremely polite and helpful. The reception and check-out staff were very also polite and helpful.

Very nice place near Barber Motorsports Park. Breakfast is pretty decent for a free continental. Rooms were cleaned and well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.
