This is a really solid hotel in a good location. The rooms were well designed, but could use some service. Breakfast was a big letdown though. The service was great, very friendly, no complaints there.

I stay at this hotel a few times a month and I absolutely love my stay every time Corey at the front desk is always so helpful. David at the bar is awesome also. My wife and I will continue to come to this hotel for years to come.

I was evacuating because of the hurricane hitting Florida. I literally booked it a week and a half early to make sure.The day before I called and told them that I was going to be arriving late, probably not until early the next day, but that I was 100% coming. The gentleman that I spoke with said that I just had to do the e-check-in on my phone to hold my room. He did not mention that I needed to do the digital key also, even after I asked. Upon getting within a few hours of the hotel I called to confirm again. THEY HAD GIVEN MY ROOM AWAY. THEY DID NOT EVEN TRY TO CALL ME TO DOUBLE CHECK. I spoke with the front desk agent and she said that there was nothing I could do except pay the new exorbitant price of $199/night. Needless to say I'm pissed and scared but mostly pissed. Clearly if I CALLED and CHECKED IN ONLINE it would make sense that I was still coming. I feel like common sense should kick in, at that point and say "Hey, even though they're not here, I see they called and checked in online, maybe I should give them a call just to make sure. Especially since I know the situation with the hurricane."
Anyway, thanks a lot for screwing me and my family over.

So far my stay has been excellent! Location is great, right next to a shopping center and an IMAX movie theater. The rooms are fantastic. But the staff is what really makes the stay amazing! Excellent service all around!

Great staff, great room, free made to order breakfast, indoor pool. It was my first Embassy Suites stay and will not be my last. Room was very clean and silent. I never heard anyone else in ther halls or anything. They have a nice happy hour in the evenings as well. I recommend this place.

Came on a business trip rooms are spectacular. Very comfy and roomie, the dining in food was great no need to leave to get anything. Customer service was very nice and respectful. The pool was great! I would come to this hotel more then once.

This is one of the BETTER Embassy Suites that I have stayed at. We absolutely love it. This place is literally our home away from home when we visit our home town Birmingham. It is always very clean. The staff are always very attentive, and the breastfast is great! They alson offer a really nice Evening Reception with complimentary drinks and snacks. The rooms are nice, welcoming, and comfortable. Again, I love this hotel.

So we loved it here It was a awesome Valentine's day. I love embassy suites and this property was no exception. Rooms and service from check in were wonderful.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. The color scheme was so elegant and rich. The couch with the built in chaise lounge was just perfect for me.

The area is beautiful and everything is convenient and within walking distance.
The food is well.. Let's just say when I was done.a nap followed 😪😪😪!!

We have stayed in many Embassy suites locations. This one was exceptional for customer service and staff A1. The room was not so great. It was just not clean. Mystery stains on the couch etc. The staff was perfect but the rooms are not on par with the brand.

The service and amenities at the Hoover Embassy hotel are always excellent. It's affordable, and it's one of the only places to offer free drinks and snack food. The meeting area in the lobby is a great place to host a gathering for family visiting out of town.
