Location was amazing to where we were visiting for the weekend!! Check in was fast and friendly!! Only issue was the light switch in the bathroom would not stay on but quickly fixed. Would return to this property.

Drove back to pick up my charger left in room. Representative confirmed charger would be left t front desk. Returned to Hotel with a dead phone expecting to pick up charger. No charger at front desk after driving over an hour. Unexceptionable prices in recovery.

The hotel itself is nice, in a suburban area of Birmingham. I chose this hotel by Marriott as an alternative choice to the Residence Inn since they were not able to accommodate the dates I needed. Parking here is pretty tight, although they have space into the back of the hotel but there's not entry or access. You have to walk around the building to get to your vehicle, they do have signs posted advising not to leave valuables as they would not be liable for loss, theft and damages. I was placed on the second floor of a third story building, and the guests above me were very loud as if they weighed $300lbs+. They do offer a complimentary hot breakfast with sausage eggs and waffles with the standard fruits and yogurt and oatmeal and maybe grits. Overall, not a bad choice but I much rather the Residence Inn.

Tiffany at the front desk has gone above and beyond to always help us with our reservations and exceptional customer service. Rooms are very clean and grateful for the 2 grills on site that staff keeps in great working condition. They also have a grill tool kit at front desk they let you use for free.

Excellent location. Near every restaurant and shopping need anyone may want. Great friendly and efficient staff and delicious free breakfast options. Very spacious rooms.

We appreciated Tiffany at the front desk who was extremely helpful getting a room for us when we arrived early. She also assisted in expediting a package we were waiting for when we left an item at our previous hotel. TownePlace Suites had one of the most professional front desk staffs I've encountered.
We found our room to be clean and comfortable. We found the laundry room to be inexpensive and clean. The breakfast was adequate and the coffee above board. I would recommend this hotel and book a stay again.response / report this review -

This was the worse hotel I ever stayed in!!!! Blood on the sheets of a bed that hadn't been slept yet and found bed bugs in the pull out bed covers This hotel gets 1 star! Room 431

I stayed here two nights for business purposes. Hotel is very clean, room was nice, staff very friendly and helpful. The hotel has both a pantry area and bistro with Starbucks coffee available. I didn't use the weight room or pool so no comment on those. All in all a very good stay and I would stay here again.
