Glad they let dogs stay so I had some company for Christmas. Great service and the people who worked there was always nice.

This hotel was great. All of the ladies working were so friendly and made my family feel at home. The rooms and very clean with good amenities and the breakfast in the morning was delicious.

The Staff was phenomenal as always, mobile check-in/check-out was a breeze. However, my room on the 1st floor was close to the exterior of the property and outside my window was quite noisy throughout the night. Other than that, my stay went well! It's great being a Travel Business Owner!

Always enjoy Residence Inn, and this stay was no different. We needed some alone time after a death in the family, so we booked a night to get away and it was just what we needed. Cozy room, very soft and cozy bed, love the TV on a turntable that can be used for the living room or bedroom, and we just enjoy the "apartment" style of it better all around- and the price was NO HIGHER than other comparable hotels nearby. Two gripes, I didn't bring my 10 pound Dachshund bc even though y'all are pet friendly, it's a $100 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Why NON-REFUNDABLE? That's not cool. Also, I love to open my curtains up at night, and when I did (in both the Living Room and the Bedroom windows) I see many of these big black spiders, all the same type; there's a spider infestation around your windows, and it's mostly outside the windows they're on. But some were in-between the screen and window and a couple had made it into the room. There was 5-10 on each window, and this type of spider was not small. Def fix the spider thing and 5⭐'s it is! Spider thing aside, great place to stay! Very happy! 🎃👻

This is a pretty good choice for a hotel in Hoover. The room was really nice and seemed pretty new. The breakfast is free and decent. Overall a good value if you're staying in the area.

Large rooms, very clean. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants. Even though they were full and there was a big event going on that night, we didn't hear any noise or people coming and going. We would definitely stay here again!

I love the location and area that its in. Its close to everything. Also i love how updated it is and the staff is super friendly. Don't be surprised if they're sold out. The location and hotel are that great!
