The room was clean and I didn't notice any maintence problems. The breakfast was decent, but all of the other Holiday Inns I've stayed at have been better. The receptionist was friendly. The room could use some updates, there is no desk which is difficult since I'm in town for work. There is a small table but only an awkward chair to sit in that looks like it has seen much better days.

My wife and i visited some friends who were staying there. The place was amazing. Good location, clean, and the pool and hot tub were fun to hang out at. We would recommend it and stay there ourselves.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating, and the room was in nice condition. It looked like the bathroom had recently been renovated. The freezer had so much ice in it I couldn't use it, but that's not a big deal. The indoor pool and hot tub are a really nice feature, although neither seemed like they were cleaned regularly; the cement in them was greening slightly from algae it looked like and the pool was freezing cold, so I couldn't actually swim anyway.

We booked a 2 queen room for the weekend to attend a wedding. The staff is very courteous and called our room to make sure we were pleased with the accomodations. The beds were very comfortable. There are several pillows to choose from so you can be comfortable. The pool was nice and clean. The dining area was comfortable and the lobby has lots of seating to visit. The hotel is located on a busy road so it's difficult to leave but you get the hang of it. There are plenty of placea to eat from Whattaburger, Logan's Steakhouse, and Zaxby's to name a few.

This hotel met my basic needs but I felt cheated. Last week paid the same for a wonderful room in Omaha. This week they want the same money for a dated in need of repair hotel. From there they go down hill. While the staff was nice, nobody knew anything. This hotel is in need of a full makeover. The lobby furniture is dirty, crowded and dated.the chairs sit so low its hard getting up. I did not even want to touch the armrests.the breakfast room chairs are filthy and stained. While breakfast was OK, it seemed like it was ration time. You had to ask for items to be refilled and the pantry was not plentiful looking as it was with my last week stay at another location. Out of some juices, cups etc. The carpets and hall furnishings are dated and dirty. Our room bed was old but it was clean. We had to use the plug behind nightstands for charging phones and one look made me sneeze. DUSTY! Our room curtain had pin holes from age and the chair was tapped with duck tape. All the walls floor furnishings are old and stained. The bathroom was standard. The house keeper was nice. When I asked the front desk about renovation I was told maybe by 2018. Will not book there again even thou it was close to my function.

I travel all over the US, so i stay in a lot of hotels. While trying to get in and out of this hotel (because 280 is crazy with traffic) there is one person that makes the stay awesome. The front desk girl, Allison (not sure why she is not a manager!!!!!!!!!), goes above and beyond to keep the guests happy. No matter how rude and disrespectful some of the guests have been she still smiles and asks how everyone is doing. I wish that she can go to every hotel and teach the help how to do their jobs!!!!

They are remodeling in March 2017, per the desk clerk and it's needed. Looks great on the outside/lobby and the bed was comfy thank goodness.

AC was noisy and sounded like it's going to rattle enough to fall out of the wall. Guest chair with ottoman is worn out and stained. Wall paper is peeling off the walls in the bathroom. Sconce lights in the bedroom portion of the room don't work. Breakfast is boring and bad - standard cereal, yogurt, milk, bagels, muffins, etc. are fine, but the hot potion is horrible. The mini egg omelets are prepackaged and warmed and dry as a bone, bacon cooked to crumbling, sausage patties so over processed they probably have more preservatives than meat - like the eggs.

I might give the place another shot after the remodel is complete.
