The hotel had an inviting curb appeal (trees, plants, etc.). The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was very nice and clean . There was no noise at anytime during my 2 day stay. It was convenient to downtown & other places I went. I will stay here again.

Really nice hotel, location is a little busy being situated at the intersection of major roadways, but the noise wasn't a problem. Ashley at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly - she recommended some local places to try out when she saw I wasn't from the area. Their breakfast is about what you expect as far as choice, but the quality is well above average. Room was clean, bed was comfy, shower was hot, definitely exceeds expectations. Didn't get to check them out, but within walking distance of several highly rated breweries.

A great place to stay -- clean, modern, welcoming. The hotel is well located near the intersection of I-35 and Hwy 71 (Ben White Boulevard). It's about 7 miles from the airport -- so I didn't hear airplane noise. The staff were very friendly and eager to make our stay memorable.

If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around

Check in was a breeze. Room was very clean and comfortable. Great amenities. The only downside was the pillows.. They were very flat!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Shower was very hot and had great pressure. Convenient location. However I forgot my usual earplugs so I could hear people in nearby rooms and in the hallway, got woken up multiple times in the night.

During my stay at the Hampton Inn from October the 1st through the 23rd I was impressed with the service me and my co worker received from the staff there. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. From moving me to the 1st floor so I could get in and out faster to providing a microwave and another fridge to make it easier to have food in the hotel due to the extended stay. I thought the staff was very courteous and professional. If I ever go back to Austin I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay for the price and location. Wish the front desk had some beer or more of a quick shop for stuff.

I have been a 20 year customer of Hampton Inn`s and have always been very happy with the rooms, etc. This hotel in particular was the worst experience I have ever had with this chain. After booking by phone for a King-sleeper sofa "suite", upon arrival they had no record of the type room I reserved. We got a room matching the description, but it ended up being the tiniest room I have ever seen at a Hampton. To add insult to injury, the A/C did not work properly(July in Texas) and we had staff coming into our room after bedtime to try and address it. Needless to say, we canceled our second night there and went next door to a competitor which proved to be a Godsend. I will hesitate to stay at this chain again. Seems to be heading south.

This particular Hampton Inn appears to be recently updated. The rooms were clean and had all the conveniences needed during a short stay. Additionally it is strategically located 15 minutes from the airport, right off i35 and 240. If you're staying in south Austin, I recommend this hotel.

The building was a little older, but the room was renovated. The bed was one of the most comfortable ones I've slept on in a hotel. I skipped the breakfast, but I would assume that it's the same as any other Hampton Inn

An ok overnight stay. Odd that the hallways were not air conditioned. Rooms are updated, but the room stayed warm on the fifth floor. Free breakfast and decent coffee in the morning.

The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and accommodating! There is a pool, a business center and a fitness room. Breakfast is served daily from 6am to 10pm and they always have coffee available. The hotel room is very clean, the beds are comfortable and our room had a tv, refrigerator and some storage space. When we left we were offered travel bags that had water, fruit and a muffin which I thought was so cute and thoughtful since we would be on the road all day!
