Wifi is garbage. Huge hassle. Always had bad connection, and the password is changed weekly. You have to manually forget the network (hard to do on a laptop) and add it back and HOPE it asks again for your password. If the password prompt doesn't show up, you're screwed and can't use the wifi without forgetting it again and hoping the prompt shows up. Also, long stay place so obviously I had food, and my room got bugs

3rd floor will make you sick. 2nd floor had roaches. Students from St Edwards were put here due to campus housing issues. Not worth the trouble. If you make a short visit it's probably fine, but the smoke smell on the 3rd floor is obscenely strong. It shouldn't be this bad.

I booked the hotel in advanced before the F1 race, but they cancelled the reservation without letting me know, leaving me on the street looking for a place to stay when I arrived in Austin. I will not book with them again. When I called the place, they were so helpless and absolutely unhelpful. Do not book with them, be aware that these unthoughtful people will cancel your reservation without letting you know; it will be a horrible experience to have with your family too. The things these inhuman people will do for more money, or for whatever reason. THUMBS DOWN!

They gave me one of the worst experience in my whole life. I booked my rooms like months ago and they cancelled my reservation even without letting me know. I did not know until like a day or two. I only came to know about it when I saw my credit card balance and when I called them they gave me unhelpful answers and didn’t know how to help me. Also it was f1 weekend so I had to pay three times the same money I paid them to get a different hotel. So kindly I recommend people and also my friends never ever to book with them. They give you false hope which is worse than rejetion.

I'm in a 1st floor suite. Very good floor plan, with large, built-in table that can double as a desk. Desk area in bedroom with rolling chair. Ample closet space. Nice kitchenette with full-size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. 2-burner induction cooktop. Stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, and a small coffee pot. Nice selection of food items available to purchase, in a large, key-protected space that includes free washers and dryers, and a well-equipped gym. Pet-friendly. A great value! This is my first time at a Candlewood, and I'll definitely choose one again!

Nice but not what i expected. Now complimentary toiletry and no continental breakfast. Great gym and decent lending closet with board games and stuff for writing letters. Service was great! Adamarie was very courteous and professional.

This place is really friendly. We are staying here close to a month due to my husbands job & I must say everything & everyone has been great. I would totally come back or i would definitely recommend this place. The only thing is it has NO SWIMMING POOL but the gym & free laundry & the great customer service sure made up for it.

Extremely comfortable and QUIET room. Even though I know the hotel was full, you'd never know it. Couldn't hear my neighbors or people above me. Service staff was very friendly and helpful.

The location is good for easy access to major roads but the neighborhood is a little rough. The room was nice and very clean. I saw the workout room which was nice. Overall it pretty good

It's a great place the rooms are very well-designed with the big desk and a nice flat screen TV. They have a wonderful outdoor barbecue area and a fully functional kitchen in each room. Very friendly staff. Good Internet and free laundry with a workout room.
