I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel from April 5, 2018 through April 9, 2018. I was there for a family wedding, the location was perfect. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and room set up. The staff was fantastic and very accommodating. Small issue, light bulb went out in our bathroom, after informing the front desk I think it was less than five minutes and it was fixed. We were with a large crowd and SpringHill never made us feel as through we were an inconvenience. As I said, room was in great shape, staff was excellent and location was great. It was easy to tell that staff has strong leadership and the guest came first.

Very good answer service on the phone! She was very helpful to me and we talked for hours😊. Haven't been here this my 1st time from NC 16.5 hour drive! Sad they don't have a stove and oven to cook. Thank god for a friend to lean in to cook over they house. But the way the views and pictures me and my kid's will enjoy 😍 July here I come😘

This is a nice hotel and the staff is pretty friendly and very helpful. The room I had didn't really give me the Marriott experience that I'm use to but it wasn't horrible. When I walked into my room it had some nice relaxing music playing which was great to walk into after a long flight. The room was neat and clean for the most part. Lots of dust in corners and the tv remote was disgustingly sticky. The shower was clean however it had not been rinsed properly because it was very slippery from whatever they cleaned it with when I got in. I had to let the water run to rinse the shower floor. My room was on the side where the highway is so it can be pretty noisey if your a light sleeper. Overall I'd stay here again.

The staff and location was fine. The second night I found bugs in the bed. They changed me to a new room. Overall, wouldn’t pick this hotel the next time I go to Austin. Hotel informed me in the morning that they were not bed bugs, but it’s still gross.

It's a decent hotel, clean, great staff, continental breakfast, (bottom sheet is a fitted sheet so it stays on when you toss & turn) great staff, microwave & mini fridge, couch & desk. No fluff & frills but definitely decent for the price.

This hotel was terrible. The AC had mold all over it in 3 of our rooms. Our family got sick from staying in this place. Only Good things were the continental breakfast and staff was friendly. Otherwise they need to get their standards up. I used to clean hotel rooms and I’ve never seen one so dirty upon arrival.

Good rooms & hard beds as long as you don't mind sharing it with dead bugs. if your really lucky, sometimes there still alive. Skip this one and go next door it's worth the extra dollars.

Decent hotel. Not as nice as expected. A little run down. There are better hotels for the price. Rooms are big though. Great staff.

Staff was very accommodating. They quickly provided extra blankets and we even borrowed tape from the front desk. However, I didn't like the smell of the room. We also found somebody else's sock in the sofa. The bathtub was also clogged. Since we notified the front desk at night, we understand an engineer might not be available. The clog was fixed the next day.

I arrived to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning and the front staff are friendly! Every time I left and came into the hotel they said welcome back remembering who I was! The rooms are very nice and spacious! I came to stay for my cousins wedding!! Very comfy beds!! I recommend it to my friends haha

Woke up early breakfast was okay. It was free so yeah. We asked the maid not to go into our room he did anyway. We stayed here for the pool but got here and no pool. Needless to say my 4 year old was very dissapointed. The front desk was nice always greeted us. They let us stay until 2 even though check out was 12. Although they where very nice i wish the pool was open. It was a good stay overall.

If you want to worry about your finances your whole trip this is the hotel for you!

Got charged incorrectly my first night, and it took 24 hours to be refunded into my account (keep in mind I was only there for 2 nights and had limited spending money, so my night was very restricted).

I thought my problem was "fixed" when I saw the money was refunded into my account. Nope! They recharged me the exact same amount as they did the first time.

Unfortunately for me, I had already spent some money and was over-drafted.

Spoke to someone about my problem again, and am currently still waiting to be refunded my money (but as for the over-draft, "you have to take care of that with your bank").

Beyond unhappy with this hotel. Ruined my trip.

For those looking for a place to stay in Austin, I suggest you avoid this hotel if you want irresponsible employees handling your money.

Had a great night at the Springhill Suites by Marriott. Was only there for one night with my girlfriend and her father. We got the one room with two beds and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was a quick trip so we only used the room to sleep in but it was exactly what we needed.
