We were tired from driving and decided to eat at the hotel’s restaurant. I had the Pesto Pasta and it was really good. They had Avocado Creme Brûléehad to try it and was pleasantly surprised. It was good. The staff is really friendly and helpful.

This Hotel had been great. I have been here for a stay for couple of weeks. The staff have been amazingly friendly and helpful. The food here has been wonderful. I would highly recommend to anybody.

Nice reasonably priced hotel. Just outside downtown area. It's too far to walk but just a quick 5min Uber or cab ride away. And if you didn't feel like going out the hotel has a moderately priced restaurant, a separate cocktail bar, and a trendy coffee bar. Hotel also has large convention rooms. The room was modern and clean, beds were fantastic. I would definitely recommend and will stay again my next time in the area.

Great hotel. Very comfortable and clean. Huge bed and also very comfortable. Huge breakfast with lot of plates options. All the stuff are so attention and helpful. No far from downtown, just 8 dollars by Uber or cab to get there. For sure it is a great option to stay overnight or longer.

Stayed in Room 502. Room was a little bland in the decor, but I'm OK with that. Despite it being a busy and full hotel room, the staff seemed to keep up a good attitude and kept the rooms clean. The lighting in the room was pretty dim overall. I guess this is because of energy efficient efforts. It was nice to include a grooming kit and mouthwash in the bathroom. The amount of counter space was really nice in the room, but under the mat (I guess you're supposed to use for your laptop or writing) wasn't very clean and had a bit of a smell. The shower nice, but it was only a walk-in shower, no tub. The wireless was dreadfully slow. I know the hotel was full, but in this day of multiple options for Internet access I would assume the hotel would be able to accommodate a full capacity. Wired or wireless, morning or evening, it didn't matter. It was slow all the time. The food at the restaurant was pretty good and not too unreasonable for a hotel. Overall a good experience.

Stayed as a guest who was not attending a conference. The first floor got busy when a conference was going on but it was not crazy. The room (king bed) was clean and the bed was comfortable. A couple of dents on the furniture from previous tenets but nothing bad, just noticeable after a night or two. If you enjoy Texas musicians then you will love the first floor decor. Overall If you are attending a conference or are a business person then the hotel will work fine for you. It's not bad for a family to stay at but I would be prepared for fighting business people for room at the restaurant/bar areas and free breakfast is not standard so look forward to $10-15 a person for eggs, bacon, toast and pancakes.

The location is nice because it is quiet where the hotel is but it is also near the major roads so you can drive anywhere pretty easy. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. It's nice to have a coffee maker and mini fridge in room. The staff is also extremely accommodating. I arrived really early for check in, but they didn't make me wait for a room. Haven't had time to check out the pool, but I'm sure it is really nice.

I had a great stay !the bed and room were incredibly accommodating. Our first visit to Austin / I think we chose a great hotel! The bartender "Bobby" was awesome to talk to and served amazing cocktails. Me and my husband enjoyed relaxing there. They had a Starbucks inside the hotel near their restaurant -decent food. We first met "Tommy" driving us to and from the hotel the shuttle driver and he also checked us in. He was super friendly and a warm welcome to the city. Not only did he check in with us as we drove to the hotel but he talked about the city etc. Then on our way back getting dropped off he was driving us to the airport and a super rude other passenger was being loud and really rude about turning on the a/c. Which was ridiculous but he just politely turned it on and then asked us how our visit was. He should get notice for his awesome customer service and handling a situation with such eloquence. Great trip overall and these guys need to get some appraise for making our visit that much better! Thanks!

The hotel is outside the downtown Austin area and approaching the hotel the neighborhood appears to be a bit sketchy which made me feel concerned for my vehicle. This hotel has a convention center so parking was very crowded when I arrived. The room that I was assigned was right outside the elevator and beside the pool. It was very noisy (elevator, ice machine, loud people at the pool). It's 4:16am and I can hear the people in the neighboring room through the walls. The shower has poor drainage and as such I found myself standing in waste water. There is no microwave in the room. The Wi-Fi is completely open; as in not even requiring a log-in. As such I found that it lagged and that I had limited access because the it was too open/insecure. There's an adage that says you get what you pay for and I paid less than $100 for this room. This simply is not the level of quality to which I'm used.

A great place to stay. It's not exactly at down town, but it's close enough for a short taxi ride. The pool is great and the fitness room is pretty nice. There's towels and water available there for guests. The rooms themselves are decent. Hardwood floors throughout (no carpet) and the bathroom is nice. The only two things is that you can definitely tell the hotel has been around as some of the trim in the room looks old. Plus, the shower curtain lining is too short or the bar is too high, making the curatins drip water outside the tub when showering. Other than those minor gripes, I would stay there again.

The location of the hotel is conveniently next to the interstate, allowing easy travel throughout Austin. The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean! Very comfortable bed. Would stay here again. It was actually my second time staying at this hotel. Very pleased
